Admin I have friend from here that has been trying to retrieve his password and it keeps just giving him his login name. I was wondering if when you have some time, yoiu could check and see if the link or something might not be working correctly. Thank you in advance

Well, it isn’t that the retreving the password isn’t working, it is that I can’t log in using my user name. So I press retreve password to get a new password, that comes and tells me that my username is Pokenny… Go to log in and it then says invaild user name. I then went to create a new user with Pokenny as the user name and it then says that it has already been taken. So I had to create a new email address (fortuntly had one for an alt PS3 account) and created this user instead, however I would prefer that I have my original user name if possible :S

Are you sure you spelled your login name correct? It's “P0kenny” with a zero.
