What you can attempt to do is find a safe, forward location in which you can wait for your squad mates to respawn nearby you. Once you have your squad mates respawn a total of 20 times nearby you, you will achieve the trophy. Try crouching in the corner of a building, with your knife equiped so you “disappear” on enemy radar,nearby a gold site in “gold rush”. The fact you are close to a gold cache will make your squad mates want to respawn next to you instead of at base.

Wait, so if someone's shot me and I pull out my knife I'll be able to get rid of my dot on the Radar?!

Well if you have your knife equiped, your dot location does “disappear” on your enemies' map, although your location has been revealed to the entire enemy platoon. The only way I see that you can be located with your knife equiped is either being spotted by the enemy and shot at(Ex. your case) or a transponder (that one proximity thing for snipers) is nearby and reveals your immediate location. Nevertheless, having your knife out and hiding somewhere immediatly after being shot at should make your dot dissapear on the radar.

* An update.
What I have posted was based upon experience (and belief) and not factual information. People do not necessarily need to have their knives out so they are “invisible” on the radar. It is when they are spotted, or rather more attacked, that their signal appears on the radar. Scurrying off where you were located and hiding for a bit should make your location slowly fade out. I apologize for giving out incorrect information, and in the process, harming people's K/D ratios and making them frustrated.
