I brought Bioshock and have collected a few trphies but even though i'm completing the criteria it keeps saying trophy not awarded! Can anyone tell me why its doing it? Or if they've had similar problems because at this rate i wont get half of them

Yeah mate, errm i have had one problem with one of my trophies, i maxed ot all the research photos and i didn't get the trophie for doing so… a bit weird really, i have no help for you neither, just thought id let you know you aint on your own lad!  just google it

out of interest… what trophy is you are after that it is not awarding.
because although there are research trophies, there is more that can be researched in the game. so to get research phd, you must research EVERYTHING possible, including security bots, drones, all different types of big daddies, little sister, all different splicers. Not just the ones for the trophies.

I never got a trophy for killing peach wilkins or when i upgraded a weapon for the 1st time at a power to the people station. I even brought the guide to make sure i got them all. Its very fustrating.

personally i would say delete all bioshock info, saves, hdd install, all that.
then restart and see what happens, probably your best bet.
