All PS3 Trophies

President of 2K games has announced that Bioshock has the POTENTIAL to be a 6 game series and most likely will be depending on the success of Bioshock 2.
I’m not too excited as i am worried that the story might just drag on and become stupid
so whats your guys opinions on this?

i think 6 is just silly , the bioshock guy quotes star wars but there was 20 years in between the two trilogies… like any series , there's bound to be at least one that will be awful , and biosh. 6 might not even be anything like the first (which i liked) … make #2 and we'll take it from there. now mgs 6 , gta 6 , g.o.w 6 , cod 6 or fallout 6 are more likely … (esp as work's already in progress on cod 6 , if u call w.a.w #5) … bioshock two might not live up to it and gamers might not go for #3… also what would bioshock 6 be on ? ps4? xbox720? and let's face it , most of us don't really know what the story was 2 months after finishing it…at least i don't .

er… no it's was about the directors talking about the story.  the story has potential to go a long way but they don't want to make the games if it won't go down well..

what i reckon will happen is that they will make bioshock 2 and then see if people want another one and so on.

you can't compare Bioshock to any of those games:

What's more is that you can't compare any of those games with… those games.

I guess you were probably trying to say there is more chance of them all having a 6th game…. Well of course there is because they are already 3 or 4 games ahead… but that doesn't change anything.

If I was the makers of Bioshock, then I would be more focused on just getting a second one created first. Then see how well that sells. If it does well then plan a third, but don't go too ahead of yourself as to be planning a 6th after only having made one.

bioshock was a good game. but i think there shud only B 1 bioshock. and a bioshock movie sounds good. but i think the company shud leave it at that. just my opinion tho

i think thats the bottomline. bioshock was cool , but nobody really cares if theres a 2nd or not. so 6?

Well the difference is they have been essential must buys for more PS3, XBOX360 game owners. Every XBox360 owner I know has Gears of war or talks about it. Barely anyone speaks about bioshock, doesn't mean its a bad game, just doesn't mean it sells well and is one of them must buy games.

you forget though, bioshock sold very well to begin with because it was such a good game.

im confident the second will be just as good.

theres always the old tricks : set it Xyears before episode 1 , in the future , whatever… 

shade: i meant bioshock was cool , but whether or not a new one comes out wont change my life , theres plenty of good FPS's out there , and the lil'girl thing is just wrong , lol. im sure i'll grab the new one but i wont be shaking in anticipation until then….its a great game, but a FPS is only as good as the last FPS out.
