anyone else think that its complete bullshit that we have to BUY A PSEYE in order to get platinum?
platinum is very easy, you just need to buy a pseye which i think is really, really stupid.

an EyeToy works perfectly even though its crappy..luckily i have an eyetoy from my PS2 stored here but i heard some webcams work..but im not sure what are those webcams..

Been trying to see if anyone has tried using an xbox live vision cam for this and it work? Only heard rumors so far on wiki etc.

I believe my friend tried that since he has an XBOX 360 (poor soul  ). I think he said it does work…but not sure. Ill have to call and see.

I was able to contact my friends with the XBOX camera and he said that it does work with the ps3 for video chat; but he hasnt tried to send a mugshot in burnout using that camera. Also, parnakas, I agree with you on the idea that we should not have to go out and spend more money just so we can achieve a platinum in a game we enjoy playing. That doesn't seem right to me.
