They've posted that they are working on them right now. It's probably just a little bit more complex for them to add them than the other ones that were patched. Remember they are retroactive, so they have to also build a routine that goes and checks your current progress in the game and award those trophies first.

There are a few c's missing in my last post 
Worked on the game today as well. I have now finished all the single player car trophies apart from the Burnout licence and the two with the Inferno Van – didn't find it yet, but it's already cruisin. On the weekend, I'll first do all the bike challenges (I'm VERY looking forward to this one since I haven't spent a single second on a bike yet) and last will be the online challenges. I'm not really happy about them, don't like most of the other players…

The trophies are easy. Some of them take a little time but the game is definitely worth it and none of the trophies are actually “hard”. The only one I really HATE is the crappy “send a mugshot after beeing taken down online” one. I DON'T HAVE A USB CAMERA and I'm not planning on getting one just for this frickin trophy. And the problem is: I have EVERY OTHER trophy so this shit is the only thing that keeps me from getting the Platinum
And I think that's very unfair and unthoughtful of Criterion games to make a trophy like this!

Exactly. When you are being taken down online, the camery automatically takes a picture of you and the PS3 sends it to the player who “killed” you.
The only problem is: No USB webcam (working with the PS3, that is), no trophy – and no trophy, no platinum. And that's what I think is unfair!
