does call of duty have a memory problem or something since i have completed the game befor time and time again but every now and then it always give me option of new game not a continure nor a chapter select just ne game as if i have never played it befor does this happen to anyone else and if is their anyway round this problem?

This Happened 2 ME!!!!! unfortunaly i cant remember if i had to do all the lvls in veteran/hard again to get the Trophy again.
