Can anyone tell me if I need to have all the weapons in my inventory to get this or can I sell them once they are upgraded to raise money for extra nodes? Thanks.

NO. You must have them all in your inventory. Easiest way to do this is to play it through easy twice to upgrade evrything. Also you can get the one gun trophy on your second playthrough on easy….

Okay thanks . I only need this one and Epic Tier 3 trophy. Seems a bit wierd that you can get all the other trophies on one play through but not maxed out.

someone was trying to tell me to do the “one gun” trophy on impossible mode… I just started this game again the other day to get the epic 3 tier trophy, and damn, its scary all over again when the enemies are a threat…
emdeepee, if you don't want to do a full second playthru to get maxed out, enter the cheats for nodes and credits right away, and it'll give you a small jump start – they don't effect the trophies. I didn't do this, but I did get that trophy about halfway thru my second run. Good luck!
