i need help to no which quests and missions cancel eachand which say i do first so i dnt cancel others
how do i hack terminals as it seems hard
whats the easiest way to get neauteal karma and the other 2 up fast will this still be posible if i was on the last mission and i didnt do it

to get neutral or even good karma give water to the bum in front of megaton or the one in rivet city give purified water to them and you will get karma and ts infinite! they never gone away if you completed “the power of atom” quest ask to your robot water and he always will give to you but you need to wait a time till you get another bottle.

to 'good up' karma you can also give money to the Church of Atom by talking to the reverend , to 'bad up' , i find stealing (whilst wearing a stealth boy,to avoid being found out too quick) is easiest , with hacking and lockpicking red safes/locks . for terminals , (ideally max out your science skill) look for stuff that lights up in between brackets , they're like bonuses that replenish your number of tries or take away a dud word , and just try over and over again. go to the Fallout Trophies page , you'll find info there regarding what quests cancels what.

For good Karma you will find outside of Megaton a man asking you for water you will give it to him and you will get Karma

when hacking try until your last go then quit and try again it doesnt lock you out if you do that

heres a really great hacking guide that helped me out a lot when I was having problems. After reading it, it seems so obvious, but its nice to have it spelled out:

The most important parts are about the [bracket] commands that remove duds or replenish your tries, and that they point out the power button which I never noticed… allowing you to exit and retry completely if you can't figure it out, rather than locking out the terminal.
Also, I find it much easier to just always have good karma, and when you get to the trophy levels, do bad stuff until you are nuetral or evil. yeah, the water bottles work, but its a pain in the ass extra effort to do and takes more time than just stealing and killing people.

yeah, for hacking just do what monkeymoobs said; just tey three of the words on the hacking screen and if you dont succeed then quit out of it retry 
im not aware if any quests cancel others out, but that doesnt mean they dont
and yeah, for bad karma, kill, steal and generally be a great bif meany,
good then give money at the church in Megaton and give water to the beggers outside of megaton and rivet city,
for the neutral trophy if your slightly too evil, to the water thing, but if your slightly too good, steal a few things (refrain from killing people, because other good characters might see and youll have to kill them, lowering your karma even more)
