A favourite for me for a long time has been Resistance 2's “OMGWTFBBQ” trophy. But that all changed when I read through the DiRT 2 trophy list which has this trophy:
“Two Cups One Girl“
Win two team events with the same female team-mate.
If you don't know what it refers to (2 girls 1 cup) DON'T google it  .

Hah, thats pretty funny that they referenced 2 girls 1 cupl… so gross.
OMGWTFBBQ is one I'm working towards now, the campaign is so great in that game.
My favorites are recent, from fat princess, “chubby chaser” humors me because some of my friends are,,, well… chubby chasers, hah. “Fed Zeppelin”, well I'm a zeppelin fan.
Also, Bionic commando had some mildly funny ones with “I got Hard” and “I went commando”

Fed Zeppelin for sure, just because it resembles the best thing ever.
And OMGWTFBBQ is also awesome. I have a feeling that Ratchet and Clank is going to have a lot of awesome trophy names!
