I'm pretty sure the first game I ever played was Sonic The Hedgehog 1, on the Mega Drive.

super mario/duck hunt NES.. cant remember if i tried duck hunt first though but that would have to be the first game i ever played.. i got the nes that was bundled with the Zapper

would be one of Enduro Racer or Barbarians on spectrum i guess. (god i'm old..) thats the first concious memory of gaming , as pong doesnt count i guess….actually why not ? and i had a wicked pacman as a kid…

yes I am! But only the early sonic games and up to Sonic adventure 1 and 2. anything after that is dreadful. they murdered sonic.

but i agree totally though , i used to love sonic , actually bought a game gear so i could sneak it into school to play with Tails…. and no , that didn't help my grades one bit.

1st game for me was either sonic 1 on the sega cosole (cant remember name of the console but ive still got it lol) or pokemon red on the original gameboy which i still had up until a couple of weeks ago  …( the gameboy that is ive actually still got the game)
