So gametrailers is teasing something that Sony is going to announce a big title this year and its a sequel…now that narrows it down to a few games. Here are my guesses:
Resistance 3
Jak and Daxter 6
Sly Cooper 4
inFAMOUS 2
Killzone 3
Haze 2
LittleBigPlanet 2
So what are your ideas on what this “big game” to be..Personally I hope its either Resistance 3, J&D6, Sly 4, and inFAMOUS 2..

Because apparently Insomaniac was working on it since the release of the second one then with that bill board that IGN found it's probably it.

Hey, developers learn from their mistakes (except IW) ..Look at Killzone 1 and Killzone 2. So im pretty sure the devs of Haze 2 will do a good job if its announced.

There is no need for a sixth Jak and Daxter game no need at all so I'm hoping it isn't that, I'm hoping for Haze 2 the multiplayer in the first was the same $hit we see in every FPS but I'd like to see a much better SP. If not haze 2 then'I'll be satasfied with LBP 2.

haze definitly wont happen as free radical went bust because of hazes poor sales figures and as a result no developers wanting to work with them. so cmon guys hope they make timesplitters 4 lol i want it so bad

It'll be Resistance 3 or Infamous 2 – both are sequels that are definitely coming but are unnanounced. I think it'll be a little longer before we see LBP2, since they just released the psp version and the water DLC somewhat recently, and theres still a really strong community for LBP. LBP2 should have some major changes to warrant releasing a sequel, and that will take it past this year for a release.

I dont believe that will be a LBP 2 beacause sony instead of making a new game will probably keep releasing DLC

Chances are it'll be Resistance 2 or inFamous 2 since we already know that they're definitely coming. I'm hoping this announcement is for the new Twisted Metal from David Jaffe's EatSleepPlay, though (either that or Starhawk — the sequel to Warhawk). I think it'd be even cooler if it was a sequel to a classic IP that hasn't been around in a while (i.e. MediEvil, Blasto, etc.).
I'd KILL for a sequel to Drakan: The Ancients' Gates. I know developer Surreal Software is now owned by Midway but if Sony could attach another developer, it'd be like dying and going to heaven.
EDIT:
Actually, come to think of it, how do we even know it's a sequel to disc-based PS3 exclusive? It's possible that we're going to see the new game from thatgamecompany (flOw and Flower)… or maybe PAIN 2? How about The Last Guy 2? There's way too many options!

Easy. Its either going to be Killzone 3, InFamous 2 (Since it was announced right?) or Resistance 3.
Jak And Daxter won't happen, thats obvious. Haze 1 was not received well, so i doubt a sequel for that. LittleBigPlanet 2 is not happening anytime soon, and tbh, theres no need for that, there is still plenty of DLC being released.
