i dissagree, COD has much better graphics by far, COD's gameplay is great and i bet has much more better effects, its online alone normally lasts people around 10-20 days…
and since it has co-op now (and maybe aliens/zombies) how can you say its just for the online? as you've probably seen, the single player looks much more varied this time and different and better enviroments.
MW2 looks like it is going to be bigger and better than any other COD before (thats hard).

You can't really compare graphic because if you do that CoD would obviously win because it is supposed to look realistic, where on the other hand R&C is more of a cartoony game. Both games have great graphic but just its hard to compare them

I will have to agree with Ratchet and disagree with NUFC_noxe_killa.
The story line in the COD story lines is not original and you never really get to feel for the main character as you often jump from character to character. It is mostly about the online play (who wants to kill computers when you can kill human controlled opponents?). I usually only play the single player to get a feel for the controls and weapons. (and now trophies 
Ratchet is a completely original story and the whole game is STORY and Character driven (unlike COD series). Its also more family friendly and is chalk full of humour. There is also more variety in the gameplay style. (multiple view points, shooting and racing challanges, ect…)
PS. NUFC i took you off my blocked list because i thought you could grow up… why do you feel the need to harass me over the PSN? I would like to keep you on my list so that once Uncharted or COD comes out I could kick your ass. But if i have to receive a message from you every day calling me a homo or queer i will have to ban you again. I'm glad you bought a new ps3, now stfu.

we havnt eve finished 09 yet you never know a game might come out like army of two 40th day for example and put cod to shame its to early to really judge in my opinion perhaps closer to the end of 09 ill be able to give my decision on what will be game of the year.
and also
NuFc_kNoXiE_KiLa you seem so much as a cod fanboy can i ask you do you play other games as when ever i see you you constantly arguee with people who give a bad opinion of the cod series.

I've already stated my opinion that MW has gotten to samey, like a lot of FPS's and its hard to find true originality in that genre. Bioshock broke the mould and maybe MW2 will, i doubt it though. What MW has going well for it is that it plays better than most FPS games out for it. Thats why it gets the attention.
