With a little bit of logical thinking and some good guessing. It's not that hard, and if you search Youtube for something like “How to create a japanese PSN” you'll probably find tutorials on how to do it.

lol i looked at the american version on how to sign up and memorized it a little, then went on to create a japanese acc and got it
