‘I am Bad Company’
This trophy just takes the piss. Even after hitting the 10,002 kills you’re nowhere near having all of the awards unlocked. The award sheet could be a trophy list all on it’s own and completing it deserves a plat, not the paltry bronze you get.

If I have learned anything from my time working in the service industry it’s that for quite a few people, the basic theories behind the use of a toilet are absolute mysteries…

well, I think the stupid ones are where you “earn” a trophy for doing something incredibly trivial, like that matt hazard one for pausing the game, or in ghostbusters for sliding down the fire pole. Why does this deserve a trophy? Because the companies are required to make them, and need some dumb padding. Don't get me wrong, I do hate the online ones that require a rediculous amount of playtime to acquire, which is why you don't see me with a lot of platinums – I'm just not doing it if its not fun. Therefore I will never plat Resistance 2, Ghostbusters, Brutal Legend (its not rediculous, but its not really fun either online, and is too laggy), WipEout HD (nobodies online!), and a few others I'm forgetting. I liked how uncharted 2 did it, with play one co op match, play one competitive match. Force people to try it, ok, and then let the in game ranking do the rest. PAIN sucks too.

Ok what JACKASS thought this was a good idea,
“I have an idea, lets make the player boost for 11 hours without turning off the game, where our glitched trophy probably wont pop and when they keep trying it make it pop at the most illogically random time” “Oh yeah, lets make it a bronze trophy too”

Preventing me from getting the plat…Even though I've probably done it 3,000 times over (reached 3 billion in 3 files trying to get it.)
I've also read of ppl having problems with the billion $ trophy as well.

Theres a tank mission you can replay over and over again, you kill about 500 every time. Took me about 100 goes though…only reason i didn't rage was cause its a silver not a bronze…

Another stupid trophy “The Beast” in Army of two the 40th day. You have to kill 6666 enemies. I only killed aroud 500 in my first playthrough

The Riddick online trophies seem just stupid unless you can boost… All the specific things you need to do to get them, yan…
I'm not a fan of the MP trophies as you can tell from other posts iv'e made, lol… Developers just want you to keep playing there game for as long as they can make you… Weak as fcuk!

AWP does not have to be done in 1 sitting. Sometimes a win will not register on the leaderboads, it has nothing to do with 1 sitting. After doing all modes that are required and the trophy doesn't pop it's just a matter of going through your stats to see which one didnt register. For me Bomb The Base didn't register the first time i did it within time so i just repeated it, AFTER i had turned my console off.  It also helps to have an accurate checklist.
It does take alot of time to do it though. Just like Ghostbusters 'Gozer's Most Wanted'

I done that for months, I would triple check my stats then just think I missed one so started again eventually I done it in one sitting (still didn't get it) started again then 3/4 of the way through the races it popped.

Seemed a bit harsh to expect people to get hold of a USB camera/PS Eye just for a bronze trophy.
Also thought Friendship on MS: Pacific Rift was for similar reasons. I've only got 3 controllers at home and still haven't gotten around to borrowing another controller just for this.
I'm just waiting for the first trophy that requires you to have a PSP to unlock it!!

That and 10 Timed Challenges for Burnout Paradise because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. My Mom [yes, she games too] did well over 10 and never got the trophy, plus the (s)mug shot trophy held her back from platinum. Luckily she got them both today.
Another stupid trophy I think would be 'Read the… Help Screen' on .deTuned

Yes, U actually have to use two turntables so unless You have a friend with another DJ Hero controller (which I don't have) U have to get another game. What where they thinking .
