I think what makes MW2 better IMO is that it's easy to pick up and play and there is always a game available also adding friends into your game is easier and their is an almost endless supply of challenges and rewards to get which can keep you playing I know Uncharted does this too but MW2 does it better

Uncharted 2 owns the Single Player although MW2 was ok

MW2 single player was way 2 easy imo, i mean most of the game u can just chill behind a wall and let the AI take them out, while in U2 the friendly AI really didnt do sh*t, but at least they didnt push u out of cover like in the first 1

Yeah, it's true. MW2 can be just played for a quick bit of fun, every now and again. All the Call of Duty games have been like that. It's hard to sit and play for hours and not get frustrated or angry for me. Although thousands of people still do it. still do it. Months after release, there are people that have hit 10th Prestige and are still going. I mean, there's liking a game, and then there's being retarded. Those people, are retarded. 

Uncharted 2 is one of the best games of all time. It's up there with the best of them. MW2, isn't. Not in my books anyway. Naughty Dog are known for spending a long time perfecting their games. Infinity Bored, not so much. They make good games, but not ones that make me want to come back for more nearly a year after release. I sold MW2 4 months after release, having played it for only 3 of them. The magic is wearing off. If my predictions are right, MW3 will come out, and people will be bored of it. Not everyone, of course. It'll be a strong series still, but not selling '5 million' copies on the first day of release. 

Anyway, I much prefer U2 over MW2. It's my opinion, we all have them. Now, let's debate some more. 

Well, alright perhaps retarded was the wrong word. Obsessive, perhaps? I don't know, a word that would describe someone who spend hours and hours everyday playing a game that is clearly a very frustrating game. I don't know how people do it. Perhaps because they are good at it? I mean, it doesn't take long to get pretty good at Call of Duty, so maybe their 10+ days of play time would mean they are good at the game, so they want to play it so they can show people how good they are? 

Well, that's not a reason to play a game now, is it? I don't know what word to use, I just thought I would use an insult that is used commonly around my area. It's what me and my friends call the people that play Call of Duty obsessively. Even if one of them is pretty hypocritical.

I'll post if I wish. All Im saying is I wish this forum would just add a bit more variety other than the same argument thats been occuring for such a long time now. I don't know why your getting so defensive. Because Im sure you've thought the same thing one time or another.

If this forum had any forum of actual “mod” then this thread would be closed. I dont know any forum that actually encourages arguemnts, or has a thread for it? I guess theres a first for everything.

It's better we have a thread for arguments. That way, we're not going to soil new threads. Because, you know what we're like on here.

Some people just really enjoy the game , so many ppl who play MW2 dont care about stats and trophies they just have fun playing it , alot of ppl don't bother with the single player they just wanna jump online and have fun shooting at others , there not trying to finish anything and they couldnt give a crap about other games , if anything those of us who do play heaps of different games and collect digital trophies are the obsessive ones.

Playing one game all day long vs. playing multiple games all day long for trophies? Your saying that those who try to collect trophies are obsessive? What about those that constantly play MW2 and prestige day in and day out? They sound pretty obsessive to me… We all have certain things that we are obsessed with doing. Whether it be collecting trophies, prestiging all the time, or cleaning the house everyday of our life. We're all obsessed one way or another. The question being asked is why those who play MW2 claim that its the best game in the world and no other franchise or game developing company will come close to beating it?
