You may say that many of the people that play dont care about prestiging…well i would like to know what time you get on to play and play with those people…B/C I'm tired of hearing everyone spout about their stats after the game and tell everyone about the levels, what they unlocked, etc. Everytime I'm on…thats who i have to deal with . I agree with you in saying that some people play games for fun. I just find it hard to believe that there is a majority in the MW or MW2 world (highly doubt it), but w/e. Doesn't bother me at all. Whenever I get frustrated I just go to something else . Ahh the beauty of having more than one game.

uncharted 2 had an amazing single player with a decent multiplayer but the single player is what caught everyone's attention and is what made it so well known and won it all those awards, on the other hand you have modern warfare 2 which has an average campaign but an extremely addictive multiplayer which as we all know has it's issues but those are the faults of the developers and while this does take away quite a bit from the online experience, millions of people still come back to and play online, why? because the multiplayer is fast-paced and very addictive with lots to do and can play out for a longgg time and i think what people are arguing about here is that uncharted 2's multiplayer is still fun and balanced which very true but then again it's all about opinion, so personal preference aside the facts are that there are more people who are currently playing mw2 than uncharted 2 even with all the issues mw2 has because the gameplay is just that addictive but criticizing either game based on it's single or multiplayer is crazy and each game should just be enjoyed for what it is, not compared and argued over.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT IN YOUR STATEMENT ABOVE. Unfortunately it will never end because there are those a are “fanboys” of both MW2 and U2 and will never rest until the other bows down to the other games greatness. So, until that day comes where everyone realizes this…lets keep this topic open and prevent those people from ruining other topics.  Just direct them here and let them slug it out.

well i see a need for this forum and judging by other comments it looks like other people do aswell so if you dont like this forum dont post on it. SIMPLE as that.

Well just to sum up this thread:

Uncharted 2 wins. Im pretty sure most people here said it would come out on top as an overall game. I counted really quickly and Uncharted 2 seems to be the winner here.
