I have come to notice that loads of people who haven't even played CoD hate it cos it's cool to fair enough if you played it and didn't like it but don't hate something cos it's cool to cos it's simply just a stupid thing to do

I can't stand it anymore. No innovation. Nothing people haven't seen before. And nothing that new gamers are going to want to play in 10 years time.
All COD is is an arcade shooter with tinsel and glitter and a couple of million worshipers.

As crap as it is MW2 it's still the best MP out there and that's why so many love it , it's not that it's good it's just there's nothing better.

Bad Company2 online is way more addicting than Mw2 I got bored of mw2 online in one week never going to pick up another CoD game again, rent or lend is where Cod is for me now

yeah i switched to BBC2 and it got old aswell now im back with MW2 which i have no doubt will get old again , as i said at the start MW2 isnt that good there just isnt anything better at the moment.
@Gas I meant they werent up to scratch with MW2

Warhawk  CALL OF DUTY 4's online is 10x better than Mw2s. and Uncharted 2's online is amazing….so those are 3 games right there.

hahahaha hang on, COD4 could maybe be better if it was updated, but U2 is defo not better than mw2 coz it gets boring after like 5 games of it, theres hardly any guns, there isnt any really good gamemodes imo, and in comparison to mw2 it doesnt have enough challenges that unlock things :/. and tbh warhawk doesnt come close either, although ive only played the trial for it that was enough to put me off.

Now that was an MP that separated the men from the boys. There was no such thing as a lucky kill in a Warhawk. You were either good or you were someone's bitch.
And love or hate it, at least it was something different. Most of the MP in games nowadays (FPS in particular) does nothing new. There's a few cosmetic differences but, generally speaking, it's the same tried and tested formula.

Yes. I agree with you 100%!!! Warhawk is amazing.
@knoxie. No, Uncharted 2 doesn't get boring for 5 games. There are enough game modes. I'm pretty sure you haven't tried chain reaction, king of the hill, etc. And who cares if theres not enough guns? The guns in there are perfect. This isn't suppose to be a military based game. There are alot of challenges that unlock you alot of xp too.

CoD4 now. I think this is the best online CoD game. Simply because its not filled with as much noobs as Mw2 that camp and exploit the game (like One man Army)..
So noone try's to exploit Cod 4 , Uncharted and Warhawk. I dont know about you but i dont think ive played an online game (game title not a round) without some loser trying to cheat or exploit the game's fcuk ups.
Those 3 games , nothing about them makes them better than MW2. My point wasnt that MW2 is greatest and we should all bow down to it , im saying that there isnt anything better at the moment.

Gets boring? Maybe to you.. But I have been playing U2 online for quite a long time, and I'm not bored of it. And hardly any guns? The guns are placed throughout the level. So everyone usually starts out with the same gun, and then have to find the better guns in the level. Its just anything different than CoD online automatically gets bashed. And btw, if I wanted guns, I would play freaking Borderlands  And U2 has 10 online modes, with good variety. Plus, theres a siege expansion pack that includes another mode. And, no ridiculously priced DLC for U2 
And no, I'm not saying U2 online is the best or better than CoD. But I'm just saying you can not say U2's multiplayer is not impressive for what it is. A game that was never meant to have multiplayer, a studio who is not very experienced with multiplayer, and they pull off this amazing experience in both the SP and MP component of the game. Pretty damn awesome.
Anywho, Warhawk has hands-down the BEST multiplayer ever. Like 1773 said, there are no lucky kills in that game, no real campers, nothing stupid. That game takes massive skill to play. And once you get that skill, the game is freaking awesome. Amazing game. Plus, it used to come bundled with a headset = WIN.

Perhaps it got boring because your were shit. Sorry a pavelow doesnt pop up after a ***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** 9 Killstreak but Uncharted 2 actually takes skill to kill someone. No Attachments, No Killstreaks and my god atleast theres some sense of teamwork involved. My god after all the crap MW2 has taken it surprsises me that you still stick up for the thing like IW actually gives a damn about you.
You really need to lighten up and take in the fact MW2 is NOT and NEVER WILL BE the greatest MP ever.
