Quite a mouthful.
I've still got all these to finish on Hard/Crushing etc and was wondering which to tackle first.
* X-men Origins: Wolverine
* Dead Space
* Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
* Tomb Raider: Underworld
* Resident Evil 5
* Metal Gear Solid 4

Starting with the easiest:
Tomb Raider – easy easy platinum, this game is still really easy on the hardest mode
MGS4 – learn the enemy patrol routes and you'll have plenty of ammo for the boss battles.
Uncharted – persistence is key, this game is pretty good about checkpoints.
RE5 – get unlimited ammo for the shottie, magnum, and rocket launcher. Get a good partner.
Dead Space - ammo is very limited, enemies do a ton of damage, you're in a confined space… ahhh RUN!
only one I can't comment on is wolverine, I never played it…
RE5 and Dead Space could be interchangeable… The Ndesu boss fight in RE5 is a royal pain, and its near impossible without a good partner.

dont know about tomb raider but definately in this order:
uncharted – just takes a bit of patience and an eagerness to keep on dying!
dead space – very much so this next, it's easy enough, i ran through the game on hard only using the plasma cutter and selling every other gun to purchase more ammo for the plasma cutter!
resi 5 – easy game on the hardest difficulty, give sheva a rifle with infinite ammo because she never misses with a rifle, then equip chris with a magnum with unlimited ammo, easy stuff, thats how i got my platinum
wolverine – this annoyed me on medium, and i didn't bother with it on hard, if you like getting pissed off then try this on hard!
mgs4 – i would tell you to save this for last because their might be a trophy patch coming out soon, so theres no point in starting it again soon, and theres no point in doing it on hard unless your going for the big boss emblem!

On hardest Setting – MGS4, RE5, Dead Space, Uncharted, Tomb Raider, Wolverine.
RE5 is very easy if you have a human partner with you, but if not, it is soo hard because your cpu partner is an idiot.
