i was wanting some advice on what game to buy next . i dont have my eye on anything just now so i put it to you what do you recomend ? i would like something that is like the spec ops in cod mw2. my wife and i have been loving them and are nearly done the next game does not have to be a new one just as long as it has trophys and is two player split screen style .

So you want something that has co-op preferabbly? not really sure there is anything new on the market like that, I guess you could get Tekken 6 that a game you could both play and it's not that hard a game to play either.

although ive hardly played anything of it, it is very good, and everyone says they like it.

Ah yes good suggestion knoxie, that one slipped my mind. Co-op is also a must for certain trophies.

Also eyepet would be worth checking out if you and your wife like to game together, me and the fiance have played a little bit of it and it's fun.

eyepet ! will have a look but we got two dogs and a baby so at the end of the day i want to kill shoot and explode things ! spec ops are perfect for us we also loved conflict denied ops so something more along those lines would be better . will still have a look miiiitch thanks

I would really recommend LBP, RE5, or Borderlands if you want great couch-multiplayer action.

Yeah, Borderlands has great co-op. If your looking to blow $h!t up then you should go for Battlefield: Bad Company 2, although it doesn't have co-op features it still as awesome singleplayer and multiplayer.
