Maybe I'm looking back through rose-tinted specs but I always thought the Dino Crisis games were good.

Dino Crisis 1 and 2 were brilliant. The scene in the first one where the t-rex smashes his head in through the window scared the shit out of me.
I played both until I had every ending and unlock. Two games definitely deserving the kiss of hi-def.
