I have made a guide on MS word now i need to know how to get it onto the forums as copy ad pasting doesnt work, i need to know urgently. thanks

What you need to do is loose all formatting made by the word program. You can do that by copying your guide into a notepad document and then paste it into the forum software. You need to use the forums formatting options to shape your guide.

Uhm what I told you, paste it into a empty notepad document.
Be sure you only copy the text from the word document so you don't copy the source with all the formatting embedded. Refer to Word's manual if you need any help with that.

wordpad also works great 
I prefer it because wordpad keeps everything a little neater than notepad does.

hmm like i said i use wordpad, so the program is alright to use as it does the same as notepad.
I know you were pressed for time, but why not re-submit your guide formatted the way you want it?
basically, just copy and paste the text, then format it using the forum's formatting tools.
html also works if you're comfortable with using it. as long as you keep within the forums boundaries, it should be alright.
