@KOG73 – No, we never sent messages like that. Most of the time we got the downloaded on more then 5 systems thing.
@Parnakas – Dude thanks a lot but I dont think theres a way… I contacted them like 15 times via email but they dont reply. My friend found a cro customer service (which was pretty fast btw) and they said they cant do anything cause its an canadian account.
Once I get to Canada, I'll go to EB Games or Sony Center on something and talk to them. I am willing to pay, not a fortune but I'll pay, to unban me. I would buy a Slim but I earned waaay to many trophies (GOW1 plat, GOW2 90%, inFAMOUS 50%, EyePet 60%…) Almost got the BL plat, unless theres some online trophies. Guys thanks for the help and everything, I'll stay on APT.com cause Sony Gaming Forever!!!

Domba_Car: I don't think EB Games will do anything, as they just sell the products, they don't really have any idea about anything.
However, whenever i phone Sony, they pick up, and then i just ask them my question, and they usually answer it. Most of the time, its wait it out, or reset your system.. Im sure they will tell you why you are banned!

@Parnakas – I said EB games cause thats the only place I remember that sells games  . I can't call Sony from home, Ill have to go to Canada, which I will (not cause of the ban ofcourse). Reseting the System loses all your – game saves, games, unsynced trophies (which im mostly worried about),… Pretty much everything…

I think I would have just said screw the trophies and opened a new account by now. Seriously, this is way too long to stay offline for when you don't even know what you did, if anything, to get your account locked.

I can't make a new account, I get the same error code when I try to sign-in to an existing account or try to make a new account (I get the error message at the 2nd step, or something)

Domba – so they completely banned your IP Address maybe?
Have you tried bringing someone else's PS3 System to your house and see if it works?

My MAC Adress is banned… I think… I'm pretty sure.
I tried, to the friend that also has the ban…
EDIT: I'll try at my other friends house (who dosn't have PS3) and see if that works.
If it doesn't, well, I guess someone here could try if they wanted to… But first I'll try at my friends house, if it doesn't wotk that means its the MAC Adress thats banned.

Well, not to rain down on the sympathy parade or anything, but if I'm correct in the way I read one of your previous posts, that you would get a GS from someone, then give it to your friend without the other person's permission, I fully support Sony in banning you.
If I read it wrong, well, then my feelings would change, but if it is that, you fully deserve the ban my friend…

Dude that isn't really that many trophies. Just think, in this whole time you have been banned you could have earned double that easily.
Oh and not to sound like a total ass but have you tried restoring the ps3 settings to default and trying to connect then?

I was actually thinking of doing that… Then maybe make a new account??
If I restore I delete everything on the hard disk… and thats alot. I'm about 40% sure that it will work. Does anyone think I should do this? I guess online>trophies. Should I do it?

So restoring the PS3 sytem to default will get rid of your trophies? Are you sure? I thought they were stored on a seperate partition.
BTW i didn't mean format the hard drive i meant restoring the SETTINGS to default, a big difference there mate.
Just trying to see if we can spark an idea to get u back online.

You can try and do everything,format your HDD or change PS3s but your still banned.The only way is to ring Sony up and ask them why your banned.
If you uploaded your trophies in your profile before you got banned,its gonna be uploaded back to your account even if you format your HDD.

@Oz-Metalhead I earned trophies and didn't sync them, those are the trophies that I will loose. I guess I'll do it. Or make my friend do it.
@pobert06 A guy told me he had the same problem, he formated his PS3 to factory settings (he was gonna sell it) and he tried out of curiosity and it worked. He didn't sell his PS3 but he lost all his stuff, except for his accoount.

just to let everyone know, gamesharing is actully not legal and the ppl at playstation are cracking down on it saddly at the time i was gamesharing when they where putting this in to action therefor being permently banned ….but almost a year on i am considering gettin a new one as i am missing the late night zombies and wanna cheek this mw2 online

I made a mistake, I fully restored/formated my PS3… and still same error code, and cant make a new account. There goes all my save datas! And dont forget the un-synced trophies, or gameshared games… Gonna sell this PS3 and get a Slim over the summer, till then ill be playing my iPhone…
Has anyone heard of the 20$ PSN accounts where you get 150$? I hope they survive till summer…

post a link to their policy on gamesharing. I'd like to read it, because I've gone through their policies line by line and have never seen a word on it. You are allowed to activate your account on up to five systems, and download any or all of the content associated with the account to any of those five systems. If you can find anything on Sony's website describing a situation where you are not allowed to do this, I would like to know, and since their policies are publicly posted on the website, it should be very easy to link or cite the specific statement about it.

They wont survive.
I got one thinking it was an actual psn card but its an actual account. They give you an email and password to activate on your PS3 and then you have like 2 days to spend the $150 before the account gets banned.
I don't like these kinds of things because i'd rather have the games i have bought on my own account so i actually 'own' it myself. Otherwise i would have to keep the banned account on my PS3 just so i can use what i bought using the banned account. Btw, I deleted all the games i bought using this account.
The reason why i think these things wont last is because the person i bought this off on ebay had all his listings removed and ebay emailed me saying this person could be fraudulent and not to pay him.
I think that these people are dodgy and they're using something like stolen credit cards to fund the wallets of these accounts. Thats why i think the accounts are getting banned so quick.
