Does anybody know where one can find theme songs or a soundtrack to a certain game? Im looking for the theme from Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard and other songs from other games.

to be honest, the best way to find game music is to look on a variety of sites.
but:
OC-Remix is a fantastic website for people who create remixed music of game soundtracks. because anyone can do it, anyone can also download the music for Free: http://www.ocremix.org/
they even sometimes release full albums of remixed music such as: http://ff7.ocremix.org/
Now there is also a website called Galbadia Hotel. This website contains lots of Original Soundtracks of games to download. http://gh.ffshrine.org/
you should also check galbadia hotel's forums, where lots of other people submit whole albums of OSTs as well: http://forums.ffshrine.org/index.php (Just use the search feature)
Another way to obtain them is Peer to Peer fil sharing via torrenting. I use: https://isohunt.com because it has secure certificates (https) and seems to be the best torrent search engine in my opinion.
So that should just about cover you
Enjoy!

if your looking for an indivdual song i use http://skreemr.com/ and sometimes http://beemp3.com/index.php (because of being able to click on the links for the album make it easier). But if you have mozilla firefox on your pc get the add-on download helper and simply download the videos of the songs of youtube, then extract the audio, and finally convert the music file from .flv to .mp3. Hope that helps in some way

downloading videos of youtube will not give you a good quality mp3. it will be a very low bit-rate.

Google it. It usually returns something. Or, an advanced technique I use sometimes if i'm desperate for music is to type in google inurl index of (whatever you are looking for). i once got a whole album that way.
Also, have a look at Newgrounds Audio portal. There are some game soundtrack remixes (and a load of other amazing songs), all to be downloaded for free, under Creative Commons.
P.S Shadeblack, your 1st and 3rd link give 404s

err no you've gotta wait at least a little while.
sony tends to not release the osts of their games. multiplatform games don't often get osts either. Well not in the US or UK anyway.

Yeah, shadeblack is 200% correct. LimeWire is full of viruses, but not just limewire, other programs which are similar (Frostwire, Ares) all run on similar networks and are also full of the buggers.

Yeah I tried using Limewire before, but after hearing about the viruses that a number of my friends were getting, i decided to not risk it.
