when i try sign in to psn it says ps3 has timed out. and then it cant find my router or ip adress?


any help?

Unplug your router from the power source wait about 10 minutes then plug it back in and try signing in again. If that doesn't work just use the little reset button on your router.

 I just read on sony.com that i should change my password, but none of the areas you can change your password at are working. I called Sony and the guy said that they shouldnt have said that,that there i sno way to change your password right now because the whole network is offline.

Also when i went to the sony forums. I tried to log into them and get the same messge that its undergoing maintenence and you cant log in. There is people logged in though still and posting still. Anyone know how they might be logged in? or can any of you log in? The sony guy on the phone said he didnt know how they were on there either. yet there are lots of posts that are being posted still. i kept checking and there ws some posts that were less than a minute, so they are new posts by people that are logged in.
