Well… has anyone else found out the standard, recommended controllers to be very poor when you look at them in a long term use?
Personally, i ended up with 4 sixaxis controllers before the release of the dualshock controllers, and 3 of them are virtually impossible to use. i have problems with sticking analog sticks, L2 and R2 buttons, unregistering buttons etc. because of this, i bought a dualshock controller, and i'm glad to say no problems yet, and has had a lot of use since christmas (when it was bought) Just wanting 2 no, any1 else had problems with controllers, or even any other hardware, i know headsets can be dodgy, and i must say my official sony one is far from perfect lol

My first sixaxis i had kept getting the left analogue stick wedged up for some reason, also R2 button was dodgy (but i did sit on it by accident…..) but i now have 2 dualshocks and each work fine, and have had no problems with either (one i bought last summer!)

i hate the Sixaxis controller, at first i thought it was pretty cool, then once i used a dualshock, i find myself unable to use it, its just so goddamn lite.

my first ps3 controller (got the ps3 at launch) was good, just the left stick got stuck in the up direction sometimes… other than that, my controllers have been perfect, sixaxis and DS3.

I have a launch ps3 and my 2 Sixaxis controllers left analog sticks are just starting to stick in the up position. I have a B-Day coming up soon and a Ds3 is definitly going on the list.

Has anyone noticed anything?
Everyone's original sixaxis has one problem. The LEFT stick gets stuck in the UP position.. weird..

well, he is correct in a sense.
Pick up a Sixaxis. It weighs NOTHING!! there is no poundage to it. When you pick up a Dualshock 3, it is A LOT heavier. It is still very light, but it heavier than the sixaxis.

Yh fair enough parn… but… he actuly complains about the weight… well duh its going to weigh more if it has a vibration system in it… and tbh i think the duelshock feels more comfortable cuz of its weight…
