it is normally around 6 o'clock or for example here in the uk, at midnight, the usa being 6 hours ahead updates.
but this changes all the time, it should be six o clock, but today for example it was before 4 oclock.. and some days it is not until 8 pm and sometimes things come out on different days (littlebigplanet pirates of the caribean dlc comes out on tuesday) but mainly in answer to your question 6pm
oh and here is a hint, get used to ratchets comments, you wont be accepted into our community if you dont like stupid, off topic.. wateva comments, its what we do

thats what i meant sorry… wat u excpect, its midnight… i havent blinked for 2 hours, and facebook/psn has taken over my life… now i want my daily fix!!! grr they have made it come out an hour later :'( )the daily fix is on IGN.com <— CRAP! but it gives me news so psn points for them plus they prefer trophies ) again with the off topicness.. god we are too good at this

I don't think there's an exact time tbh. It's usually anywhere between 1800-2300 (although I find its usually around 2200 in the UK).
I remember it used to be 1100 when it first launched. Gone are those days I'm afraid.

I live in Croatia and use a Canadian Account and the PSN Store updates at 10pm or 22:00. Hope it helps.

You raise a good point here. This is part of why Ratchet has so many posts. I'm pretty sure they just kinda update it when they feel like it, it used to always be updated by the time I get home from work (~5pm EST), but now its more like 8 or 9pm or later even. I don't even know what time it finally updated yesterday cause I gave up.
And yea Ratchet, it does matter. Its annoying that I have to quit my games and check the store 8 fricking times to see if it updated so I can play the GT5 demo. If there was a set time it would save me this hassle. One day you might mature and realize that it can be important to do things in a prompt and timely manner, or it pisses other people off.

Just so you know, the UK store and the US store are totally different. They update at different times AND update with different content.
If you are in Alaska, I'm 4.5 hours ahead of you in Newfoundland. The US store updates for me HOPEFULLY at 3pm your time…. Although lately it gets delayed alot. Last night it didnt update until closer to 6pm your time.
Anyways, there is no official time to update. 3pm is probably the earliest it will get, and beyond that they just finish the updates when they're done.
Also, just so everyone knows the store will update on TUESDAY (the 22nd) next week instead of thursday, and then after that there will be NO update at all the following week. The next one will be on January 7th.
