well wat im wondering is if u use cheats in GTA to help get trophies like wanted level bcus cheats is a part of tha game it even has a little section 4 cheats on tha phone it’ll be more easier 4 trophies

cheats? ewww…. play the game or don't bother.
cheats are there mainly for sandbox amusement.

you probably can't use cheats and im 100% sure because on the xbox if you use lets say the life cheat it would say something like “your not allowed to do ____ now”

i think the trophies might be the same as the 360 achievements so i don't think we will be able to cheat

Cheats cannot be used because they deactivate trophies. Everyone is going to have to play without cheats in order to gain all trophies.

Not true.
The cheats that will temporarily disable certain trophies are as follows:
Health And Weapons Call GTA-555-0100 <- Cleaned the Mean Streets
Weapons Call GUN-555-0150 <- Cleaned the Mean Streets
Advanced Weapons Call GUN-555-0100 <- Cleaned the Mean Streets
Health Call DOC-555-0100 <- Cleaned the Mean Streets, Finish Him, One Man Army, Walk Free
Wanted Level Down Call COP-555-0100 <- One Man Army, Walk Free
Wanted Level Up Call COP-555-0150 <- nothing gets blocked
Spawn Police Chopper Call FLY-555-0100 <- One Man Army, Walk Free
I say temporarily because if you restart your system (deactivate the cheat) these trophies become available again. If there is any doubt, test it yourself, dont cheat or just get these trophies out of the way first and then you dont have to worry about it.

I think cheating to get a trophy is cheap and cheating in general is just lame. If you have no skill get it with practice.
Although theyre good for just sandbox fun, that's it.

I got Liberty City Minuet in 15hours without cheating, I didn't even know there was cheats until I read this thread.

Cheating ruins games, running around with infinate health and not dieing will make you fail when it comes to cheatless multiplayer play.

i don't normally cheats they took the fun but i was angry when i finished the game in 32 hours! doing the extra missions with it then i just cheated to get the trophy faster and did but it is i think i did it in previous playthroughts but didn't had trophies back then  but well i did it now it's only the online ones the are going to bother cause they r freakin hard!
