Thanks all for helpin to try and figure it out .
Something wierd i just found out though. I went back and looked at my back up save I have on a sd card. I saved it before the Kessler fight on my hard runtrhough and I still have a few territories to take over and a couple of shards to get on that one. Now the wierd thing is that it too says 96% completion.  . How can it be that Killing Kessler doesnt give any percentage. My save after killing him(evil/hard runthrough) and before killing him (evil/hard runthrough) are the same.
Question Ihave though is. On the mission where the trash monster throws the tank at you and you can take the hit or blow it up and kill the people. I wasnt able to hit it in time and and got good karma on that decision, so I died and tried again but it starts you right after that part =\. Well when that mission ended i ws more heroic.This was on my evil runthrough.Do you think that might be why? Although if i am not getting % for killing Kessler than that wouldnt make sense. I am really confused lol.

Oops forgot to ask. Do you all think that if i just play through again on easy for both karmas just doing the story missions again that it might fix it and go to 100% completion? Since that technically I have done everything needed across the other 2 saves.
Oh also on that mission with the chopper fuel tank is there a way to get a little more time. It seems like there isnt enough time? How did you do it? Did precision make enough time to hit it b4 it hit you?

On the mission were the golem thing throws the fuel tank at you… u should get around 10secs to respond but… sometimes the game glitches and before you can move the tank is half way towards you.

Yea both times i have done that mission it was right at me when i got control back. I am playing through evil again just doing the story missions until i get to that one again and see if i can get the evil response to it and see if it changes anything. 3rd time playing through =\. hopefully that is what the missing 4% is. as just killing kessler on evil after killing him on good gave me no % for some reason.

Do you not have a platinum trophy for inFAMOUS? If you do, why are you bothering? I think that is called OCD Syndrome?

I read that to get 100% on a Hero run, you can't get any evil karma and to get 100% on an inFamous run, you can't get any good karma. Something like that. I don't know if it's true, but I know that my Evil run has a higher percentage than my Hero run even though it doesn't have all of the blast shards.

Pokenny- Not everyone plays all their games just for trophies. Anyone who only plays all the games they play just for trophies is sad. I can understand playing a game here and there for trophies once in a while,but i own this game and when i buy a game, i like to complete it fully regardless of if i have a platinum on it already. As long as my game save dpesnt say 100% complete,that means I am missing smething .There is no way to really enjoy a game if the whole time you are playing it,you are thinking”hmmm, how do I get the next trophy?”. the when you get our plat you just move on.
Anyways back to the subject. I am almost done with my 3rd playthrough now. I have again collected all 350 shards,32 dead drops,21 stunts, and all my evil side missions again. When I started this game, I was at 88%. I am now at 92% with only a few story missions left and and a good amount of the side missions still to do. I made sure this time to not get any good Karma at all throught this entire game. I really hope that somehow the little I have left to do will give me that last 8% =\.
A question i have though is, If i got some bad Karma in my good runthough,that should only effec my hero save file % right? I should be able to still get 100% on my Infamous playthrough?

Good point, I was just wondering. Some people are like that. I am with a few games…. 
anyhow, that souldn't affect your percentage no… Well it didn't afect mine.

okay two things. different save files don't effect each other. So anything completed on your good guy run will not effect anything on the evil run. secondly, I just platinumed this game yesterday, and I have something like 92% (Infamous rank, Hard mode), and I assume its because the only things I'm missing are purchasing the rest of the upgrades. Then I realized that one of my powers is the Gigawatt Blades I got with my preorder. Do you have these blades? Is it possible to miss completion percentage if you can't upgrade this power because you don't have it? And if thats the case… damn dude,, ,that sucks.

yeah I never upgraded them for that reason, I never found an enemy that they didn't take down in one hit, if I could hit them. yeah and that said, I thought before I got them you would be able to do combos with them or something, not one hit and they're gone and you gotta pop em again. oh well… I'm outta ideas though that haven't been mentioned here… have you tried posting this on the sucker punch forums? sometimes the devs look at stuff on there and respond… rarely, but its worth a shot if you're still having trouble
