Hey. Just thought I'd let all you curious people know that, apparently, at 9am Eastern time today, IGN's PS3 site (the American one) is putting up the first review of inFAMOUS. I'm looking forward to seeing how it does so I figured I'd let you all in on it! Booyah!

Well, the reviews just went up at IGN and damn, they're pretty impressive. They went down like this:
USA – 9.2/10
UK – 9.0/10
AUS – 8.6/10
So yeah, even an 8.6 is pretty darn good so this is looking more and more like a must-buy. I love super-hero games but I'm usually not a big fan of open-world sandbox-type games so I was on the fence with this one for a long time. I just hope Sony releases a demo prior to the game release so I can make a decision for sure and pre-order it somewhere.

No kidding, eh (Yes, parnakas, CANADIAN)? And it apparently takes 25 hours to complete both karma modes and then can go anywhere from 30-40 hours to complete everything. That's pretty impressive.

Looks to be be prettu decent reviews. I will probly still be working on Socom Plat when this game comes out and still be working on socom plat after it has been out a while lol.

IGN Australia always seems to be the more accurate of IGN. Although IGN always seem to spoil the story with no warnings. Still, dai-yum! Can't wait to play it!

Not the first review – OPM had it in the latest issue, which came out at the beginning of May.

Oi! they did spoil the story kinda! however, I didn't realize how different your powers would look based on karma until now, thats pretty cool. It's one thing when your character changes appearance, I sort of expected that, but the red/blue gives a cool effect. I know, its a small feature.
Whats OPM?
Anybody see that debug mode video on IGN? I want to know if theres going to be a way to unlock that in the game. I used to program a lot, and I miss seeing debug mode access in games, its always fun to mess around or just see how it works.

Man, inFAMOUS went under my radar for a good long while. I finally took notice because of the IGN review. I do take the opinions of reviews with a grain of salt, but I really wanted a “spiritual successor” to Spider Man 2 (PS2/Xbox).
We all know that Spider Man 3 couldn't live up to the hype; so, I'm finally glad that inFAMOUS can take up those reigns. It really looks like a combo of Electro/Jenny Sparks/a Sith Lord/etc. I cannot wait.

I've got UFC coming next week, hopefully that'll keep me at bay before iNfamous is out! The videos look shocking! I'm charged for this game! Have you guys seen the Quore video about the music? Sounds electric!
(Let's see how many electric gags we can fit into posts with it still being relevant  )

I think you just killed the pun fun. and yeah, a very similar video is posted on the IGN website as well if you root thru them, seems like a cool way to do things. I wish my job was to smash things and turn it into music.
