When trying to download a game update the percentage bar either doesnt move or moves up a few % and stops, sometimes after redoing the whole update procedure a couple of times it will download fine. I have a PS3 Slim that i use through a wireless network and have no problems streaming movies or music to it or downloading games or demos from the PS Store. I have checked all my port and firewall settings and there are no issues there, was just wondering if anyone else gets this problem?

Try disabling your media server. You'll find it in one of the settings.
