Well that was a quick response ;)

Like a rat? Hmm thats cool..Does it act like a rat?

no they are actually quite shy and friendly. they take sand baths by rolling around in a sand house if you get them one.  they can jump up to 6ft, and you have to keep fur tuffs and knots out of their fur or they can get stressed.  they can sometimes attempt to bite you if you be too harsh with them. getting a bite is painful as they have strong teeth, and can pierce human skin.  also, they can't sweat, so you have to keep them cool. 25c and above can cause heat stroke.

so they are more or less the desert equivalent to a field mouse or rat.

Must be hard taking care of it huh?

i think they're quite easy to take care of actually, like most pets, give them food, enough space to run around, social activities / play-time, and they're set! :P

I think I'll bump this up, seeing as I've been doing nothing all day.

I have 2 Leopard geckos now :D They are both girls. One is called Luna, and the other doesn't have a name. I need one.

I also had an incident with my fishtank. It leaked. I lost all my fish, they were worth about £200 D:

But I got a new tank, a Biocube to be precise. I put a Royal Gramma and a Dragon Wrasse in it the other day, that's what made me think of this thread (:

Cats rule, dogs drool…  As “they” say…

Not to cause a mass hysteria and bring on a “cats V's dogs” debate, but cats definitely get my vote…

i prefer dogs, cats generally don't seem to like me, and i don't generally seem to like them (particulary when they dab me on my unsuspecting finger)

my cat was raised by my dog.

he is more like a dog than a cat.

does that mean he is the best of both!?

… I like to think so :D

We have a dog its a Staffy cross Alsatian girl called Roxi she is so friendly & great with both kids & other dogs even though people think staffs are vicious & bread for fighting they are loving dogs & are good protection
i like both dogs & cats but dogs have alot more personality & character.. although iv had 4 cats & they were all funny characters

EDiT- oh yeah we also have acquired a tiny field mouse its living in our garden its sweet but someone told me that 2 mice will turn into a thousand in a year so its got to go
