Sorry if there was a topic like this already but i had a brief look and couldn't find one.
Right so there is a somewhat funny story behind mine, when i first got internet i had just bought Haze and saw the online thing(the last game i had played online was Counter Strike on PC many years before) so i signed up and a few mates were over and we'd been drinking so when it came up to type the desired PSN id i went to type Mitch(knowing full well that it'd already be taken and i'd be offered my name with a whole mass of numbers ) but spilt my drink and dropped the controller so as i picked it up i noticed there were 4 i's so i just went with it.

My ID comes from my former favorite nfl player: Edgerrin James. That was when he played on my favorite team: Colts. Plus I just love the name Edge, lol.

my id is pretty simple i decided with it after finishing god of war 2 again as my last game played on ps2 once i got my ps3 i'm a pretty big fan but if i had the option to change it i would do it more in ico or shadow of the colossus
i was original going to make my psn name something in latin but did not continue with

There are alot of friggin wierd misinterprets ive heard for the true meaning behind my name . Im sure we can all get this straight ; the 3s are Es , the 4s are As , the 1s are I's . There is no true meaning behind those , i just thought it would have been more creative to put it into number form then simply putting Wargeared_Sniper. The name itself oriiginated on Xbox after playing Gears of War the first time , i was stunned by how awesome it was and wanted a Tag that would rep that . So basicly , War is what keep the gears turning in me ( kind of like a fuel ) and what keeps me going . And the Sniper is just basicly my passion for sniping in all Multiplayer games .

Yeah it still surprises me how many people don’t get that! My friend I773D33MAB13 is still called Mr. I 7 7 3 D 3 3 M A B 1 3 (nearly always americans if that means anything  ) My PSN name is my Fiancee’s name backwards : Aisling <-> Gnilsia . Its a tribute to her for buying me the greatest console ever for my Birthday on release Corny but i am a lucky guy!

My PSN doesn't really have a story, my dad set it up when I was at school on release day so he named it redbren – red for liverpool because that's the colour of their home shirts and bren because my dad's name is brendan. I probably should've changed it but it just stuck.
EDIT: Parnakas I wont take no for an answer, lol, you will tell us what your PSN ID means.

I don't have a very big story behind mine. I used to play loads of online games on the PC, and i just called myself Zero, or something like that. One day when i played a new online game, i wanted to use Zero, but it was taken, so i thought about it for a bit, and that's where Xero came from. I use XeroTheGreat of course because Xero would be taken on PSN.

i did the fking upper case lower case thing ageeees before everyone started doing it and i regret it now. my old psn used to be knox1e but loads of americans used to call me knoxle so i changed it to NuFc_kNoXiE_KiLa – support newcastle united football club and im a killer i tell ya.

My PSN name is my nickname. Back when my friends and I played paintball in the woods, I took out the entire opposing team without being seen and after the game everyone just kept calling me Ghost. So I went along with it and decided to use it as my PSN. As for the numbers…thats the Area code i live in, in the States.

For KingNafelianX, I chose Nafelian because a friend of my brothers use to think thats what my name was, I have no idea how he confused 'Nathaniel' with 'Nafelian' but I liked it so it became my game name. As for King, I just threw that on top to make it longer and I threw X on the end cause its just a cool letter. i.e Static-X
For NeveorNafelian (which is the 2nd of my 4 PSN ID's  ) I took the original Nafelian and added Neveor on the front because its my surname backwards 'Roeven <-> Neveor'
