has anyone seen the new trailer. I'm so excited for this now …….. NOT!!! That was a little joke from Borat. Now I definately wont get this game, same engine, same short uncoherant story, and no doubt it will be laggy as shit. Of topic – one thing that pisses me off is that people can stare me straight in the face and tell me Duke Nukem Forever is the shitiest looking game they've ever seen, and then they say they are so excited to play cod: generic warfare 3, because it looks amazing and so much different then the other ones. And I call these people my friends  . And to be honest, i believe anyone who really enjoys cod cannot call themselves a true gamer.

Hating on CoD is alot more stale than the game itself. Not just you HardAndSloppy but man some people need to get over it , it may not live up to the hype but it's better than MOST other games.

It's because CoD quite simply is the best Multiplayer game going it's fun and easy and accessible. I love all the CoD games because they are one of the few games I can go back to when I've already played it to death it's got to be doing something right to get that much attention. As for Duke Nukem I'm also excited about that too loved the originals on PS1. In conclusion I'm just trying to say that there isn't anything wrong with CoD it's a good game and the only people I know that hate it are hardcore gamers who don't like the fact that a casual gamer can beat them at it.

No the thing that bothers me is that it is the most stale game i've played (refering to CoD:Black ops, and MW2). I actually liked MW1 before all of the “losers” began playing it, by that i mean the noob tubers. The other thing that bothers me is that people worship this game. I have even met people who have said that CoD is better than games like uncharted and metal gear solid. Another bad incident was when I met this one guy, we began to talk about games. He asked me my psn, I told him, and he asked if i played cod. he had a slight grin, thinking “oh obviously he plays it, everyone plays cod!”. I told him no. And he said ” Oh, so your not a real gamer then”. I was like are u f***ing kidding me. So, actually it was not my fault for despising the game. It is a game with little to no improvements, and I believe it is holding back the video game industry, because of all the new games trying to do the same,*cough* Homefront *cough*. LOL

The COD VS Everything Else saga…
Everyone that has said this is gettong old is dead right. But it's been pretty quiet around here and at least this muck gets people talking (even if it's just fighting at least it means new posts!).
I, for one, am looking forward to MW3. I only came into the series on MW2 and I enjoyed that so getting the next one is a no-brainer. Apart from a few niggling design choices and the length, I found the SP to be pretty good. I think the MP is weak as Hell so I avoided it but I thought the co-op stuff was unbelievable. Anyone that's read my posts over my time here will know I'm a co-op fanatic and the Special OPs were brilliant fun. I'm hoping the mode makes a return in the next game.
Black Ops was a much poorer offering, I've already ranted about it (at length) elsewhere:

so I won't repeat myself here. But I will add that since posting that Ive spent time with the MP and confirmed that it was just as bad to play as to watch. No huge problems or glitches but things that I look for in MP just weren't there.
There are far superior MPs to be had but they'll be ignored in favour of this mush because COD does get bought by everyone. COD's biggest strength has always been the fact that you will always have guys on your friends list playing it and playing an average game with your mates is still more fun than playing a gaming masterpiece with strangers.
Not that BO was a total loss; Zombies turned out to be the time sink I'd hoped it would and I've had some awesome games with my mates. I even have one convinced that the only way to kill the Pentagon Thief before he gets your gear (for the trophy) is to hit him with the Bowie Knife!! He's the last one in our group that needs it and it's fcuking hilarious to play as far as the Thief round and watch him try melée the fcuker

OPINION. oh and another…… PREFERENCE. if you like it….GREAT if you dont…..FCUK OFF and comment on something you like to play. Get of CoD's dick and think about what you type before you type it You can't get angry at someone for their opionion on something like a game. You can however if someone tries to insult you, such as what you tried with myself. I'm sorry that the only game you can play is Cod, and if you look at my above posts you are the people I am refering to (losers). As I773D33MABL3 said, the only thing CoD has for it is that at least one person on your friends list is playing it. Oh, and for your information I dont mind the people that play it once and a while, so they can play with their friends, but I do hate the people who only play it and worship it, even though it is mediocre at best. Its only offensive when all you did was speak your opinion about a game you dont like. And as both you and I have said, everyone can have an opinion on a game. At least when I say I do not like a game or a movie, I give a reason why. The people that piss me off are the ones who cant even tell me why they liked a movie or game other than 'it is fun'. And would you like to know my real problem with CoD? Its not the game, its the fact that they can improve so little in the game, and have it rated as a perfect 10/10, and sell the most for any game ever. I believe the games that are actually pretty damn revolutionary, like uncharted (lots of games are trying to copy it now). So, sorry if I offended you because you enjoy CoD, I didnt mean to piss anyone off even though it seems that way, I had to blow off some steam, because I'm sick of all my friends telling me how they cant wait for CoD, but when I say “how bout Uncharted, Battlefield 3, or Batman Arkham City”, they say all of those games suck dick compaired to CoD.
