Hey guys, its another guide by me, this time its flOw.. sorry that it seems the trophy patch is only live in NA for the time being but at least when the rest of you get it you'll have a guide
I actually really like this game, its peaceful and we all need a bit of a downtime from the guns and killing in the rest of the games we all play.. lol.. i will say tho that the “Cannibalism” and “Vegetarian” bronze trophies are alot harder than the silver ones.. and the gold..
NOTICE: for those that dont like spoilers, and i know there are some of you that dont, i have masked the details for the hidden trophies in white text.. just highlight for the details please if you want to see it..
enjoy

——————————————————————————
This game has 14 trophies:
10 Bronze Trophies
3 Silver Trophies
1 Gold Trophy
——————————————————————————
Adventure Bronze Trophy
Start the first campaign after installing.
- simple enough, install the game and “go with the flOw”.. heh heh get it? see what i did was… oh nevermind.. start a new game and the trophy will pop..
Friendship Bronze Trophy
Complete any campaign with 4 players.
- a bit of a pain if you dont have real life buddies to come over and pick up another 3 controllers to get this bronze.
Giant Bronze Trophy
Complete any campaign with a creature of 25 segments or longer.
- as you progress through the game you will grow by eating “food” and pieces of other higher life forms. Each piece of food fills a segment on your body and your growth happens when a piece of food travels to the end of your body when all other segments are filled.. a word of warning.. pressing a button while playing to boost or use another creatures ability will deplete these food reserves, making it take longer to grow. so keep that in mind.
Fashion Bronze Trophy
Decorate your creature with more than 10 alternating segments.
- as you get older, you may notice your body changing in ways you cannot explain.. this, as in real life, happens in flow.. as you eat higher life forms pieces of them cause your creature to sprout extra appendages or wings, depending on the creature.. get 10 of these alternating down your body and you're set..
Vegetarian Bronze Trophy
Eat all foods in a campaign without killing any advanced creature.
- this is a pain.. you need to eat ALL the food floating around without eating ANY higher life forms.. not even a little nibble to see what they taste like.. best suggestion is use the first creature and TAKE YOUR TIME!!! be sure to clear each layer before continuing down and avoid bigger creatures at all costs.. this trophy is made harder by the fact that at the end of the stages there is a swarm of food circling the “egg” and little higher life forms there too, they are really easy to eat by accident.
Cannibalism Bronze Trophy
Eat all advanced creatures in a campaign without eating any food.
- as much of a pain as the Vegetarian trophy was, this one is worse.. you cannot eat ANY food floating around, you must grow by attacking larger creatures.. again i'd suggest the first critter, and again, TAKE YOUR TIME!!! the last pain is at the last layer.. you need to pick off the little creatures while avoiding the swarm of food mentioned in the previous trophy.. good luck
Gratitude Bronze Trophy
Consume all credit foods.
- finally, back to the easy ones, just finish the “campaigns” and on the last creature you are actually just going throught the layers and the credits have little food bubbles next to them.. eat them all before going down a layer because there is no way to come back up like in the regular levels.
Devious Bronze Trophy
Paralyse the same creature 5 times without killing it.
- one of the creature's abilities (the creature is the middle one i think and starts in the “pod” shown below) is to turn a lovely shade of green/yellow.. isnt that awesome?! you need to do this color change as you touch a large creature to paralyze it. it will turn the same color as you and then go blue.. wait for it to go white again and zap him over and over till the trophy pops.. it says 5 times but it took me like 8.. also DO NOT EAT THE CREATURE!!

Gaia (hidden) Bronze Trophy [Highlight below for details]
Eat every level complete egg.
- at the end of each stage there is a bright shiny “egg” surrounded by a swarm of food, eat these eggs in every stage, including the credits, and you will get this.
Memory Bronze Trophy
Take more than 10 screenshots.
- this trophy is a little misleading.. i know, you're thinking, “where the hell is the screenshot button?!”.. there isnt one.. HA!.. no really, you have to eat a certain food that makes the game take a screenie.. Hey! there is one in that pic below wowzers! .. if you are in doubt.. eat everything and when the game appears to freeze on you, well then hey presto, you've just taken a screen shot!!

Beauty Silver Trophy
Complete any campaign without being hurt.
- for this trophy, the easiest way to do it is to choose the first creature, and dont bother eating anything and avoid pretty much everything, just go for the red “doors” and make it to the bottom as fast as possible.. you dont even have to eat the “egg” at the end to get this..
Peace Silver Trophy
Complete any campaign without eating anything.
- see “Peace”… oh and again.. dont eat.. wait at the last layer till the trophy pops and then eat the egg.
Swift Silver Trophy
Complete any campaign within 120 seconds.
- see “Peace”… the only addition i would make to this one is that you can kind of see where the red doors are on the next layer down if you look.. so as you are using the door on the layer you are on, start aiming for the next one down and keep it up till the end.
Zen (hidden) Gold Trophy [Highlight below for details]
Leave game on idle in the end of credits for 30 minutes.
- seriously.. start up the credits creature, go to the last layer, the one with thatgamecompany's url on it and then go watch T.V. or something for half an hour.. well at least its not 8 hours like cuboid's gold… in fact i got this whilst writing and formatting this guide
