Is the melee counter trophie glitched I did 40 in 4 minutes and didnt get a trophie.

I've not heard of this being gliched?
You trying to get it out on the street? There's a vid on you tube showing you haw to get it real easy, beside the hele-tours…

For the “Finish Him” trophy try the vid in the guide, I really can't think of a better place to do it, make sure you are doing melee COUNTERS.
For the “Liberty City (5)” you need Roman, Dwayne, Little Jacob, Packie and Brucie to 90% so make sure you don't kill off Dwayne or Roman or else (like me) you will be starting a new game to get the trophy.

I cant get the melee counter trophie or explode 10 carsd in 10 seconds maybe its because I use cheat codes. But for Liberty City (5) my friend told me he got it with Dwayne dead you just need the people alive over 90.

I would imagine the cheat codes might disable the trophies? You should check out you-tube for some pointers, just type in the trophy you want and something will turn up…
There's a motorcyle showroom on the third island, top third of the area, near a high rise car park… must have about 8 bike's in it to start you off… Like i say, the vid's on youtube…

i dident use cheats when i was doing my platinum game wasent really that hard without them jus some of the online trophies are a pain

I think cheats should be things to make you laugh, like the flying car cheat… Not help you through the game.

The cheat codes only disable 3 trophies which are escape a 4star wanted level, survive 6 stars for 5 minutes and catch 20 criminals the the police data base. I watched the videos for the 2 trophies I need and do what they do but I didn't get the trophies it shows I have done 40 counters.

No, the random characters are only at their places at a certain time during the day.
I saw a website about the times they would be at their spots before, I'll try and pull it up for you.

For the trophy “Key to the City” – Complete GTAIV to 100% you do not have to play online you just have to get your single player stats up to 100%.

If you want to get your trophy percentage up to 100% then yes you will have to spend a LOT of time on the multiplayer. If you have any other questions just post here or PM me.

Maybe my game's mest up I've been to all 3 locations Brian is at During the night time and day time and hes never there.
