Trophy Guide

Welcome! Welcome one and all to a very special guide of mine. My first guide!
Another reason that this guide is so important to me is because it is for the first game that
I have managed to platinum. Mirror's Edge.
The other reasons that I decided to write this guide out are…
1. There is currently no other M.E guide available on the website.
2. This game is uniquely awesome.
3. Everyone deserves this platinum. =)
So then, for your own help I have grouped the trophies into catergories containing similar
trophies. These are as follows:
Story – Trophies that are earned by playing through the story mode.
Collectables – Trophies that are earned by finding the hidden runner bags.
Time Trials / Speedruns – Trophies that are earned by finshing TT's and SR's.
Movement – Trophies that are earned by stringing together different moves.
Combat – Trophies that are earned by fighting enemies.
Others – The few remaining trophies.
* Note * This guide WILL NOT include the Pure TT Trophies.
Legend. (Just if you were wondering)
ME = Mirror's Edge
TT = Time Trial
SR = Speedrun
The trophies will be set out like this.
Name – What it is called.
Earn – The games description of how to earn it.
Image – What the trophy looks like.
Info – Any tips or ideas I have about the trophy.
Important – You have to read this. (Only in some)
Grade – Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Story Trophies :
The game has Nine Chapters plus the Prologue. Finish them under different circumstances to earn
different trophies.
Name – Back on the job
Earn – Complete the tutorial
Image – White Background, Red Outline with 4 black, numbered steps and a ticked box.
Info – Easy enough, just follow Celeste through the tutorial and your done.
Grade – Bronze
Name – Prologue Complete
Earn – Complete the Prolouge on story mode
Image – White Background, Red Outline with a black 'city outline', the numbers 00 in red and a ticked box.
Info – The shortest level of the game ” The Edge” as it is called is very easy.
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter One Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter One in story mode
Image – The same as “Prologue Complete” only 00 is replaced with 01.
Info – An easy and fun level full of running and jumping goodness. It is called “Flight”
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter Two Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter Two in story mode
Image – The same as “Prologue Complete” only 00 is replaced with 02.
Info – The longest and probably hardest level in the game. It is called “Jacknife”
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter Three Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter Three in story mode
Image – The same as “Prologue Complete” only 00 is replaced with 03.
Info – A very fun and medium difficulty level with a great ending. It is called “Heat”
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter Four Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter Four in story mode
Image – The same as “Prologue Complete” only 00 is replaced with 04.
Info – Quite a long level and has some tricky scenario's. It is called “Ropeburn”
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter Five Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter Five in story mode

Info – Quite a fun level with a mix of combat and puzzles. It is called “New Eden”
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter Six Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter Six in story mode
Image – The same as “Prologue Complete” only 00 is replaced with 06.
Info – A very level with another flash ending. It is called “Pirandello Kruger”
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter Seven Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter Seven in story mode

Info – Not so much a favourite of mine but is quite fun towards the end. It is called “The Boat”
Grade – Bronze
Name – Chapter Eight Complete
Earn – Complete Chapter Eight in story mode

Info – Another fun level with a hard puzzle in the middle. It is called “Kate”
Grade – Bronze
Name – That's a wrap
Earn – Complete the story mode on any difficulty
Image – The same as “Prologue Complete” only 00 is replaced with 09.
Info – This is where it all ends.. Offers a good challenge. It is called “The Shard”
Grade – Silver
Name – Pro runner
Earn – Complete the story mode on hard difficulty
Image – The same as “Prologue Complete” only 00 is replaced with a red skull.
Info – Although it's not as difficult as most games hard difficulty it is still quite easy.
Grade – Gold
Name – Test of Faith
Earn – Complete the game without firing a weapon.
Image – White background, red outline with spikes in the corners and a black SWAT member with a red X across the middle.
Info – Best earned on easy. (It does not count the shot you have to take in Chapter 
Grade – Silver
Name – Pacifist
Earn – Complete a level without firing a weapon
Image – White background, red outline with spikes in the corners and a black handgun with a red X across the middle.
Info – Easy if you go for Test of Faith
Grade – Bronze
Name – Head over heals
Earn – Complete a level in story mode without ending up in a heavy landing.
Image – White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith landing hard and a red X across the middle.
Info – Load up the prolouge and just roll on the big jumps.
Grade – Bronze
Name – Untouchable
Earn – Complete a level in story mode without being shot
Image – White Background, red outline with three bla
Info – Load up the prologue and avoid fighting, as Miller would say “Just run Faith”
Grade – Bronze
Collectables Trophies:
In each chapter (and the Prologue) are three runner bags. They can be find when ever you see
the “Runners Mark”. Which looks like Faith's Eye.
Name – Bag lady
Earn – Find all three hidden bags a chapter
Image – White Background, red outline and three red runner bags on it.
Info – Find three runner bags in any chapter
Grade – Bronze
Name – Ran out of fingers
Earn – Find eleven hidden runner bags
Image – White background, red outline with a red runner bag and 11 in a circle .
Info – Find 11 of the runner bags
Grade – Bronze
Name – Packrat
Earn – Find all thirty runner bags
Image – White Background, red outline with a red runner bag and 30 in a star.
Info – Find all 30 runner bags
Grade – Gold
**Bag Locations**
Prologue:
1. On the vent when you first enter the building ( it is impossible to miss).
2. When inside, after climbing the stairs and busting through the first door, turn left and climb the 2nd lot of crates.
3. When you 1st perform combat, crawl through the back of the walkway the the cop is on to find it.
Chapter 1:
1. On the 2nd building, after you see the unlucky rat, jump the fence and climb up the higher ledge to find it between 2 vents.
2. When the heli is chasing you, you will enter an 'alley' between some buildings. Rather then using the fire escape, jump to the ledge to its right.
3. Before you use the stairs (when in combat) turn to the left behind the building and jump the fence to find it 'tucked away'.
Chapter 2:
1. Whilst in the drains at the start, stick to the left and you will easily see the runner's mark, turn to the left into the covered area.
2. When you first enter the big storm drain, turn right and run to the end to find another path up. Follow it to find the bag at the top.
3. When you exit the storm drain run straight ahead to find it in the back corner of the yard behind a container.
Chapter 3:
1. When you drop through a vent into the building look around the room to find it behind a barrel. If you squeeze between the vent, you have gone too far.
2. After escaping the heli, you will be on a shaded rooftop ledge, head to the left rather then right, it is easy to see it.
3. After Faith's suicidal crane jump, use the 'cushion stack' to reach the ladder of the crane and climb back up to find it.
Chapter 4:
1. Before entering the building, search the upper ledge off to the left of the door to find it.
2. After the elevator 'ride', wait in the shaft for a PK soldier to enter. Then climb into the room he is in to find it.
3. When in the subway, after climbing the ladder, you will be in a back section of the subway, rather then dropping down, run and jump
for the second pole and swing to the ledge, turn right and look up, climb the side of the tunnel to get it.
Chapter 5:
1. After using the pipes to scale up the wall, you will jump across to a rooftop to the left, on this roof is an area surrounded by an
electric fence, jump over it using the raised area to find it in the space.
2. After using two zip lines in a row, follow the rooftop and you will see two white generator things climb onto one to find it.
3. When in the New Eden mall loading bay, look on top of the truck to find it.
Chapter 6:
1. Before using the zip lines, climb up the stair-well and jump across the vents to find it on a seperate ledge.
2. When in the PK base, you will enter a small office building after the gunfight, it is in one of the trays to to left.
3. When in the PK base, you will enter a large packing room. Search the very back corner to find it hidden in the space between
some containers.
Chapter 7:
1. Before enterinfg the truck, head around the back of the building to find it in an alley.
2. After using the trucks and pipes in the boat, you will enter a top vent area, move around the back of the area down a long path to find it.
3. When you first get on the deck, avoid the sniper and turn right into a small room, search it to find it.
Chapter 8:
1. When you enter the first building with the small alley. (The room with the bike) Search behind some boxes to find it.
2. When you first enter the Atrium, head to the left of the room and climb up some levels on the side to find it.
3. In the vent before the sniper rifle, head straight ahead to find it.
Chapter 9:
1. In the hallway when you blast down the door, climb up to the vent to get it.
2. After speaking to Miller, head to the right and climb up one of the raised walkways to find it.
3. When in the vents, you will drop down twice. After the first drop, head right then look up at the upper level. Use the opposite wall
to wallclimb and jump into the hidden area to get it.
If this explainig isn't clear enough then use YouTube and search 'mirrors edge runner bags' for videos.
Time Trial / Speedrun Trophies:
There are 23 Time Trials total. Every time you finish one you earn either 1,2 or 3 stars.
Speedruns are chapters from the game which you must finish in a certain amount of time.
If you need help on a particular time trial, search 'mirrors edge time trial' followed by the name on Youtube.
If you are struggling to get to 50 stars then you can download the Pure Time Trials for free to get some extra options for getting more.
These Speedruns are done by the PSN record holder Prilt. NOT myself.
Name – On the clock
Earn – Beat the qualifier time on any Time Trial stretch
Image – White background, red outline with a red stopwatch and the numbers 01:03 on it.
Info – Just beat a one star time on any time trial.
Grade – Bronze
Name – Access all areas
Earn – Unlock all Time Trial stretches
Image – Black & White Background, red outline with a red clock and an open, black padlock.
Info – Fill the unlock criteria next to all the TT's to unlock them.
Grade – Bronze
Name – Baby steps
Earn – Attain a Time Trial star rating of 20
Image – A black, white and red star, red outline with 20 in the middle.
Info – Just earn 20 stars across all the TT's
Grade – Bronze
Name – A for effort
Earn – Attain a Time Trial star rating of 35
Image – A black, white and red star, red outline with 35 in the middle.
Info – Just earn 35 stars across all the TT's
Grade – Silver
Name – Still counting
Earn – Attain a Time Trial star rating of 50
Image – A black, white and red star, red outline with 50 in the middle.
Info – Just earn 50 stars across all the TT's, you DON'T have to 3 star them all to get this.
Grade – Gold
Name – Prologue Speedrun
Earn – Complete a Speedrun of the Prologue below the target time
Image – White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith running and 00 in the corner.

Movement Trophies:
Different trophies can be earned by stringing together moves like vaults, slides turns etc.
Name – May I have this dance?
Earn – String together the following: wallrun, turn, jump, wallclimb, turn, jump
Image – White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith rolling.
Info – This can be earned very easily at any time that there is two close walls facing. L1, R1, L1, R1, L1
Grade – Silver
Name – Up, over, under, onwards
Earn – String together the following: jump, coil (over obstacle), slide (under obstacle)
Image – White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith coiling over a red obstacle
Info – Can be earned at the Prologue start. Jump and Coil the fence then slide under the vent. L1, L2, L2
Grade – Silver
Name – Free flowing
Earn – String together the following: wallrun, jump, speedvault
Image – White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith vaulting over a red obstacle
Info – During the tutorial. After you walk across the pipe, there is a fence to the right that you can use. L1, R1, L1
Grade – Silver
Name – aaaand safe!
Earn – String together the following: wallrun, jump, coil (over obstacle), skill roll
Image – White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith wallrunning
Info - Can be earned in the TT Playground 2 after the 2nd Checkpoint. L1, L1, L2, L2
Grade – Silver
Name – Vrooom!
Earn – Maintain sprint speed for 30 seconds.
Image – White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith running and a red stopwatch in the corner
Info - At the start of Chapter 2, stick to the left of the sewers and sprint. Getting shot doesnt slow you down
so even if you get shot, keep going.
Grade – Silver
Combat Trophies:
These trophies can be obtained by taking out enemies in different ways.
Name – Martial artist
Earn – Perform a melee hit from a wallrun
Image - White Background, red outline with a black image of Faith kicking an enemy while wall running
Info – Can be obtained almost anywhere in combat situations. Use a wallrun then kick towards an enemy.
Grade – Bronze
Name – Mine!
Earn – Perform 15 successful disarms (outside of the tutorial)
Image – Black & White Star with a gun and 15 written on it.
Info – Is best obtained by disarming all the enemies in Jacknife when you emerge from the sewers, just die and repeat .
Grade – Bronze
Name – Tango down
Earn – Knock out 20 enemies in melee combat
Image – Black & White Star with a knocked out enemy and 20 written above him.
Info – Can also be obtained by disarming so just use the above technique.
Grade – Bronze
Name – Hey, its a me!
Earn – Perform the stomp move on an enemy
Image – ??? Its a secret isn't it???
Info – Just find an enemy and jump of a higher object then attack and you should get it.
Important – This is a secret trophy
Grade – Bronze
Other Trophies:
The few remaining trophies
Name – Sweet goodbye
Earn – Successfully pull the flip-off move
Image – ??? Its a secret isn't it???
Info – When you are being chased by an enemy, approach the edge of a building then jump L1, turn R1 and attack R2.
Important – This is a secret trophy
Grade – Bronze
Name – Over the edge
Earn – Earn all the trophies ( Does not include DLC )
Image – A silver runners eye (it's the exact same as the image for M.E on the trophy list)
Grade – Platinum
