my main one last year was to go to the gym (for weights, not cardio) and i can say i successfully did it but it took til september for me to go 😐 but i did make up for it by going 3 or 4 times every week for the rest of the year ! i also got to the weight i'd like to be bench pressing as well..
Good for you man! People rarely ever live up to their new year's resolutions. Even if it did take you a while to get into it, you still did it. Congrats on that one! I've never really made one and followed through fully. This is the year for change!
cheers. im not gonna lie, it is hard work to actually start to go, but once you go and get the induction over (bit patronizing but you just have to do what they say) it is much easier from then on. also if you get into a routine of going, it is much easier since you basically have to go that way. i go before school in the mornings
