All PS3 Trophies

It really sucks that there are no online trophies. Everyting is in the singleplayer just as in Cod 4. What’s the problem with online trophies they are way more fun to get and Cod is an online game.

You get a Gold trophy for completing the game on any difficulty? that’s stupid, everybody that purchases this game is going to complete it but that shouldn’t mean a Gold trophy. Take Bioshock for instance, to get one of the three Gold trophies in that you have to at least complete the game on Hard mode without using a checkpoint. Gold trophies shouldn’t be easy to achieve.

these trophies really look disappointing. i thought there were going to be some fun online trophies but there arnt thr r just boring campain trophies. i was lookin forward 2 cod5 trophies man… until now

The 1st bronze medal (complete semper fi on veteran)
The 1st silver medal (complete semper fi any difficulty)
How wierd is that?

im a cod fan. i dont lyk tha trophies thats up so i hope tha online game is as good as cod 4.

There are radars as a bonus after a few kills, but I don’t remember air strikes. As for choppers, I’m pretty sure they were replaced with the attack dogs. Maybe not directly, but there are a few differences such as those.

The beta is pretty fun, but it is basically COD4. If you really want to play a WWII version, be my guest.

If you played Cod4 a lot do you guys think it is worth to buy Cod5 because I played the beta and it was more or less the same only larger maps and more players

Even some challenges are the same
and again 25 kills 25 headshots for each weapon

these trophies look dumb tbh. i mean the gold trophies, “complete the game on any difficulty and the other gold “complete the game on harderned or veteren mode”. how dumb is that? gold trophies should be hard and challenging to obtain. also the game should have alot more online trophies. that is what makes the trophies suk.

I am really lovin call of duty5..BUT i wish that there were online trophies..

So it looks like you can get all the trophies in 1 play through…on Veteran skill level (minus the 3 online ones)…. so is Veteran skill level hard?

i dont understand why is a silver trophy more easy than a bronze trophy…

it’s because the only way to get all trophy is to play veteran. you get more on veteran. Play easy and you have 1 silver trophy. PLay veteran and you get 1 silver AND 1 bronze (the bronze is for each level). Beside that, I think it’s the hardest one. I finish the 2,3 and 4 on veteran, but this one give me hard time. You don’t have the time to shoot, because you have to watch for 5 grenades at the same time! But I love it.

the more i play, the less i like. The game cheat big time. more than ever. You’re always killed by something you did’nt see. It’s hard, but not for the good reasons. Activision, please keep treyarch away from call of duty. They made the two worst games in the series. They ruins call of duty and james bond in the same month.

got the gunslinger trophy and it was amazing, he was running whipped my pistol out and shot him down woooooooooooo!

I survived a Bonzai attack but it didn’t give me the trophy, any ideas people? Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Oh and supershauny, how did you get the gunslinger trophy? Where did you find the pistol and how did you hit him with a pistol shot from so far away? I’m at the end and I’m having trouble even hitting the driver with the sniper rifle when they start to drive away.

Um NuFc_kNoXiE_KiLa I don’t know who your replying to but I think you read the wrong comment. I think your replying to nadd77. I was asking about the Gunslinger and Close Shave trophies. Never said anything about getting shot out of nowhere.

To nufc_knoxie_kila, I made the comment about the AI cheating. And it did. I finish 2,3,4 on veteran, and they are a lot more playable (specially 2 and 4, where you can take decision on how you’re going to pass obstacle). And i don’t say i cannot finish it, because i can. I just made observation that fanboys cannot do.

i tried to do gunslinger trophy the way to youtube video showed but didnt happen so i just got pistol out and aimed and got him, on 3rd try too!! wooooooooooooo

hey all. I too am playing through this on veteran. It is super tough. Its possible ,but just barely it seems. I do see what Nadd77 is saying, There have been some spots in the game that wree impossible for me until the Ai changed. I.e there has been more than a few times where I would die and then when i start again from the checkpoint b4 i got to take a step i was getting hit and most of the time died. Also I found that there are certain parts that are impossible ujless your teams Ai doing what its supposed to. I.e I just finished burn em out on veteran and found that on the last tunnel pass through before the last mortar pit you have to clear if the guy that goes down the right side isnt crouching/standing giving you cover fire on the enemy that crouches behind the flipped over table,you nor any other teamates get to the doorway without dying instantly.And even when he is giving you cover fire you have to be prone and creep to where you can get a headshot on that guy. I know some of you are probly like why not use smoke, well to answer that question I had only 1 left and you need that one to throw up further after you kill that guy or you will just die repeatedly.The reason I only had 1 left is because just before that in the spot where there is the guys that rush out of the tunnel to the right when you go into that tunnel and kill the guy behind the wall.if you dont use alot of smoke there you die instantly when you step out of the tunnel by the guys up on the ledge that are facing down the trench. I tried this repeatedly without using my smoke and every time instant death as soon as your out the tunnel. Now if your teams Ai was better they should kill those guys but they dont =\
Anyways I am off to continue the near impossible struggle. I have done all levels so far on veteran and am on “Relentless” now.

Oh if anyone has some helpful tips on any levels that might help get through some of these levels on verteran, please share them =)

i hate to be big headed but iv’e comepleted cod 5 on veteren. the last two levels was the hardest due to the AI not moving foward. but its a relief to do it on that mode. if you dont believe me look at my online name. The cards are mystery. I found only 1 (by pure luck). They are on dead body.

i think the purple heart trophy is when you either stab someone in the neck when they come on top of you, or you rush in a few times .. im not to shore lol. i dont know how i got it.

Nufc_knoxie_Kila, how can you say i’m wrong in my complaint about the game, and only be at the second mission? I said the game is hard on veteran and i’m at the end, and you said it’s easy and you’re only at the begining. You probably play more online than solo i guest, but play more, and you’re going to see i’m right.

got the purple heart trophy not sure why though but I guess you have to start over from a checkpoint for a few times because I got it when I died for the 5th time or something on 1 checkpoint in hard landing on veteran

and BTW close shave worked fine with me I survived a banzai attack and I got the trophy some japanese dude came and try to kill me and I pushed R3 button and stabbed him in his neck it’s like the dogs in cod 4
