you have to save 40 people from being executed by the Nazi’s. The best place to do this is Saarbrucken, look around the areas where there are lots of Nazi’s. if you want a quickish way of doing it….. after you’ve saved some people (and trigerred the Nazi’s attention) drive around Saarbrucken and after a few mins go back to where you 1st saved the people and hopefully they should be there getting assaulted for you to save them.

I found the one I was looking for. After running around shooting the black market dealers the Supply Drop was revealed. Mine was by the dealer above Champs-Elysées.
