It's the same with the whole 'Geohot issue' if you keep up with the world of hacking. Although he (Geohot) IMO made a mountain out of a molehill…

It's not just about the piracy of games though… Think of a homebrew on PS3… Or the fact that the games run up to 2x faster of the HDD. Hacking ain't just about getting something for nothing, some people want to unlock the power of the Ps3 for better things…

I think it's actually a good idea on thinking about it… Having a few specific flame/rant/argue threads about certain 'hot' topics. Or even just the arguments that always seem to happen in every thread…

Not a thread where anything goes, insults and all… But where people can voice there somewhat strong opinions about things without boring the other members to death… Again… And again…

Whenever anyone even mentions a 'hot' topic they can 'take it' to the relevant thread and save derailing the original thread…

Ideas are wonderful things… It's a shame reality is such a cruel mistress

Interesting… eh? But with Ps3 games being 8gb—> i can't see too many people DL'ing a ton of games. And if Sony can find and 'brick' 'jailbroken' Ps3's then that has it's obvious downfalls

I myself wouldn't do this… And i don't post here as a promotion to piracy, just as a promotion as to what's happening in the world of Ps3

First off, i'd check with my mates and see if they needed anything… Then they could give you the money in exchange for the stuff = real cash…

I'd agree with getting a PSN card, a controller (even if you don't need one you will one day), a decent headset if you don't already and Move if you fancy it… The rest on games and ting' (lol)

I know Sony are taking out a '320GB Ps3 with Move and game bundle' in September or thereabouts so depending how old your Ps3 is you might wanna hold out for that? Sell your PS£ for more money then buy a new one?

Those are my thoughts

Rent Far Cry 2?!

That can be a long and boring G.R.I.N.D of a game… It's def. a cheap second hand buy… JC2 and MAG are also a buy – M.A.G cause it's online as people have mentioned and JC2 because of the 'perfectionist' trophy (75% completion) unless of course your a “beast”… Rent the others…

Or just rent them all and decide yourself what you wanna buy? (non-sarcastic)

NAT type 3 is when you are connected to the Internet but there is a lot of interference or your getting a V. bad connection… If you've tried with no success to convert to NAT type 2 (connected with a good signal), I'd suggest getting a 'hard line' – this will/should give you NAT type 1… You should only get NAT type 2/3 with a wireless connection.

I've seen up to 50 mtr cables online, so it would just be a case of hiding it… Many things can cause a bad connection – 'Weak' Internet, neighbours with a similar router, lots of reflective surfaces 'on route' to your Ps3… And others…

Wired should get you NAT type 1 and solve all your woe's… Hope that helped a little?

I don't think it would be priced at full retail… If it does come out as a stand alone game there would have to be a ton more stuff in it…

Something like the GTA DLC – £15-25 or something perhaps? Even a PSN release?

I'm not really sure what you mean by this? I was getting at the fact the threads called – Games that you have not wanted to end… And Gas listed a game that he liked, but wouldn't have wanted not to end…

As for me, Borderlands is the only game i can think of that i could play for ever… And Demons Souls doesn't end as such, so… So like i say i'm not really sure what you mean

I got 2x pure Bladestone on my NG++ PBWT & LSoS I was soul farming at the same time so it didn't seem such a G.R.I.N.D. I got my pure Darkmoon by mistake really without PBWT or LSoS, just pure luck But it's pretty weak that you can only get pure Moonstone from two geckos… I'll need to farm like crazy to get my luck near to 99 as i can without loosing the will to live then complete the game again… Cross my fingers, toes, and pray to Allah that i get the drop

Thanks for the prePlat congrats but i'd hold off on the banners for a while at least

Right now

Trying to find Pure Moonlight stone for my DS Plat. I know how to get it but the geckos just ain't giving me the goods… And yes I'm PBWT and using the LSoS Just unlucky… But i did get my pure Bladestone and Darkmoon stone pretty easy, so i guess it's almost ok

I didn't use the DS wiki until my NG++ or swap/dupe/borrow anything Then found out how much i stuff i should've done that i hadn't At the end of NG++++ and have everything i need for the Plat. except 1 pure Moonlight I don't want to get the gold for the 'soldier trophy' before the bronze… That would suck… I always try to get my Plat. on a gold, just me

The game's awesome but i was looking forward to putting it away for a bit… I've pumped hours of soul farming into this game… Trying to get a massive soul level all legit… 175hours+ Crazy really

So still no actual 'new features' yet then… Games and discounts are ok or whatever, but when are the real improvements coming?

Off topicness

I'm not even worried about the mighty cross-game chat issue… The two things i would like are custom soundtracks for all games (play your own music like M$) and some new visualisations for the music player…
