It was 5, 000 that were cut. I know bc my cousin is a lead programmer for them in Atlanta (still employed). Yes Sony is not far from bankruptcy. They have shut down 25% of ALL factories across the world. Doesn't sound like a good future for sony. Plus their TVs suck, haha. Their laptops are high and unreliable. Their blu ray players are rated the poorest quality on the market currently. Nothing seems to be going well for them. So no im not an idiot. Read the news. You may learn something. Go to college, you will definitely learn something 🙂
