There are 7 possible endings that count for the trophy, this is from looking at multiple trophy guides.

I really liked the ending, but i was kinda pissed at the same time.. Scott was my fav character! I loved all of his sequences.. 

Anywho, im replaying some of the chapters to go get some more trophies, but tbh, i can see this being a very time-consuming plat!
