I love the recording feature, although it is kind of annoying that you have to act like you're going to upload it just to edit it. And to go to the upload menu, you have to press Share, which takes a screenshot of the plain ol' menu, so I have to go and delete those every now and again.
The PS4 Store is vastly improved over the PS3 Store. It's quicker to download free things again and you can even see a download progress bar within the store. One of the best things about the store is that when you go to a game, you can see a list of all the add-ons you've downloaded for it.
And I really like how when you're downloading a game, it'll download the patch at the same time. I like how it downloads everything in the background anyway. And it's great that it can finally install a game in the background.
Oh, and one of my favorite new things about the controller, and it's something they didn't actually talk about much at all, is being able to get the game/chat audio through the controller directly. I never knew how good that was. I feel like I've been missing out.
I do like being able to quickly switch to the menu while playing a game, but not only that, it's incredibly quick to close a game. Like you hit close application and it's closed instantly.
Now here's a feature that's probably only helpful to me, and only in specific instances, but if you have two controllers, you can sign into two different accounts/profiles. Then you can simply hit the PS button on the corresponding profile to quickly switch between the two accounts. There were just a lot of times when I had to switch between Seibei and Chiaki for whatever reason, and now that's made easier.
