i tried turning media server off, tried restarting my router and tried turning off my PS3 for a couple of hours still getting this error and it's annoying as hell.
anyone knows how to fix this error?

MemberTake your ethernet cable out the back of your ps3 for 10 seconds and plug it back in, should do the job.

Participantthis happens now and then. just wait a couple days, it should fix itself.
…unless of course, you changed your password and have entered the wrong password.

Participantso it was probably an issue with the DHCP server on your router.

MemberIsnt it strange how many computer problems can be fixed by turning something off and on again…? CONSPIRACY!
April 4, 2009 at 5:23 am #22877shadeblack
ParticipantI don't find it strange at all.
A PC is comparable to a human being in many ways.
one way in particular, is that humans need to sleep in order to function correctly. resting allows us to think clearly, and keep our bodily functions in order.
A PC needs the same. of course, a computer has potential to stay on for days and days at a time, but without sufficient “resources”, it will likely become slow, dull, and unable to think properly – much like ourselves.

Memberoh my god it happened again…i'm not sure what's the issue here but i think my cousin's Macbook is what's causing PSN to kick me out..everytime he connects to my router thru Wi-Fi then downloads torrents, the next minute i get signed out then i got the error again..anyone knows how can i fix this?
