Memberditto on that last sentence,,, which is why I tried to keep it simple… and failed miserably… oh well.

Memberjust another thought on this. Anyone see the E3 video for the new motion controller they're prototyping? that looks friggin' sick! I want one, and I wanna know how long I gotta wait, cause thats gonna revolutionize the PS3 scene and,, well, my living room. hah.

Memberhahahahahahahahahahahahahahah…… oooo wow…. hahaha…. god, this thread did a number on me. wow guys, get FIRED UP!!!! thickbrow, I'd almost think you were either related to him, or his lawyer at some point, that was one hell of a defense. Pokenny, man I would have never been able to tell your dixlexic (however the hell you spell that) unless you said so, I always assumed your typos were like mine, too lazy to care or fix 'em.
man, any of you guys ever try to do some of those dance moves he did? king of pop and lock (thats the style of dance, pop and lock) for sure. I've tried, its f'ing difficult.
favorite MJ song anyone? its gotta be thriller, damn thats a classic. Hey, he could do a retake of the video, he won't even need make up anymore.

Memberdude, joke or not, its hypocritical. spelled right or not, you know what I mean. and seriously, way to be hypocritical again by pointing out grammatical errors and then having some in your statement about it. I'm not here to argue about semantics though, all I'm saying is its hard to respect someone's opinion when they have no respect for other's opinions, which is what I think you were trying to say… so thats probably why you're getting the kind of response you are. btw, hypocrite (happy?) was the nice way of putting it. I could have just called you an asshole.
Anyway, yeah the Go looks real cool, and not having to keep track of discs would be really nice, cause if I want a portable device I don't want to have to drag that stuff with me,,, ya know? however, at the same time I feel it might limit its range of media, and I'm just not sure how I feel about that. And cheap, it is not… so I might be better off with the older model, or yeah, a DSi, cause I have friends with those and they look fun. Since I already have a PS3 I don't need something over the top, just something to fill my idle time.
Parnakas – you're right about that samsung mp3, my buddy has one, and thats probably what I'll get if I ever buy another, for the same reasons. I hate ITunes, Zune sucks, and I like my media player.

MemberMitch – you're a hyprocrit. Read your previous comment, and then read your signature.
Is that new PSP Go out yet? and if so, has anyone checked it out yet? I'm kinda curious about that thing, I kinda want a portable gaming system for when I'm in a lab waiting around for people/experiments to get done

MemberI've had 4 of the originals for well over two years now… one of the the left analog sticks in the,,,, you guessed it,,, up position… but only ever so slightly… like my character tip toes,,, not runs. most games I can't even tell, but its annoying if I'm going for a steady sniper shot or something. One of my other ones the triangle button started to stick this past week… it works, I just can't do any rapid tapping on it. guess I shouldn't eat and play video games at the same time.

Memberoh yeah tactics! man I forgot about that one! yes, great game I had it for playstation for a while
BigWoopMagazine
Memberyeah I never upgraded them for that reason, I never found an enemy that they didn't take down in one hit, if I could hit them. yeah and that said, I thought before I got them you would be able to do combos with them or something, not one hit and they're gone and you gotta pop em again. oh well… I'm outta ideas though that haven't been mentioned here… have you tried posting this on the sucker punch forums? sometimes the devs look at stuff on there and respond… rarely, but its worth a shot if you're still having trouble
BigWoopMagazine
Memberpokenny – checked the website, it says RUSE is RTS. so,,, unless they are falsely advertising
shade – thats awesome, I want it! god if only windows 98 flight simulator had looked like that, I might have been flying by now!

Memberso… do you think he found any little kids in hell? I wish he would have died twenty years ago, so he'd just be remembered for his music and dancing abilities rather than being a creeper. Its like finding elvis dead on the shitter…

Memberhated 8 (i got to the end and didn't bother finishing, just didn't feel motivated), only played part of 9, 10 was okay, but too linear, and 12 starts off well, and by the end of the game, all your characters actions are so automated that all you need to do is run the correct way, I can play it with just my left hand, so thats pretty damn boring. Of all of them, 7 has the most complicated and intriguing story line, with more compelling moments than any game I've ever played. Even playing it now I love everything about it, but the story is what really gets me. That said, I agree with gow2rules, that dirge of cerberus sucked. Considering what a cool character Vincent was, that game could have been waaaaaaay better… or just shouldn't have been done at all.
and speaking of vincent, anyone playing ff7 now and using him as a main guy? I tried to this time, hes got great phsyical and magic attack balance, but his limit breaks, while cool looking, always ruin it for me. A prime example is early in the game you fight a boss, Materia Keeper, when leaving the nebelheim mountains. Vincents level 1 Limit break heals this boss, because of a fire based attack… which sucks. So I'm done with him…

Membernevermind, I just found one I over looked. For anyone else interested though, here it is:

Robbob – not that you're watching this thread 6 months later, but hey, Its not a terrible game. Its not great, but its still fun for a play through or two, and will hold me over a little bit while I wait for something better
BigWoopMagazine
MemberNow that trophies are out, I'm playing through this again, primarily just to get them (I own the game, so I feel I should get the acheivements). Does anyone know where I can find a good list of all the treasures I need to collect?

MemberI'm waiting for Starcraft II. Damn if only they'd put that out on PS3! Instead, I need to buy a new computer for this game, which I've been waiting about 10 years. RTS games are definitely possible… the real question would be is a GOOD RTS possible? which I beleive whole heartedly it is. The real problem for a console was never the processing power, but the control scheme. However, with the USB ports you can pop a keyboard and mouse on that bad boy and we're good to go… so now the real question is,,, why don't we see any good RTS on the PS3? Hopefully that R.U.S.E. game will break some ground

is tomb raider any good
its not bad, but gets a bit tedious in some sections. I picked it up on play.com ages ago for £18 so i kind of got a bargain, and dont regret getting it!
Agreed. I got platinum on Infamous yesterday (woo, my second one!, haha), and decided to pop TR:U back in for a trophy run. I love the graphics, take a look at Lara's face at anytime and her expressions are great. Beyond that, its worth playing thru, but unless you get a good deal on a used copy, just rent it. Its an easy game, since all the guns auto aim with the lock on button.. its like the shooting system works too well. The only thing that will make the platinum hard is getting all the damn treasures.
