Playing Dead Island now that it been sorted… Kinda… Beneath all the mess there's a pretty decent game to be had

The online is still pretty hit or miss though… When i get a game it's solid, but the match-making lobby is still erratic as fook!!

I would've done hardcore first… It's a pain… Not hard, just a bit of a pain…

If you don't want 3-4 full runs alternate main story quests between the four factions as much as you can before you effectively 'cut-off' the other three factions, then use that as a 'base-save' to replay the other endings… You'll still need to play chunks of it again though… Some trophies are faction related…

For the 10k+ weapon trophies… For my second game i built an Char. spreading the skill points to things needed for each of the trophies pretty evenly till about Lvl17-19, but 200-300xp before you lvl. up to whatever you chose, save, get a decent/special weapon needed for trophy 'X', then get killing at the strip… When you Lvl. up at the strip you can put all 13-15 skill points into the skill you'll be immediately using giving you a hefty boost to stats… Reload, rinse, repeat for each

The food trophies can be done by buying all the food from the dude in the halls of Camp MCcarren(?), wait three days, but it all again, repeat untill you have loads then get to some water… Drown and munch all your food… (Thanks to whoever told me that from the site… Can't remember who, but this wasn't my find )

For stimpaks… The medical centre beside Crimson caravans has 7-12 stimpaks every 2-3 days… Drown, heal…

Another speed-run with a Char. built for massive luck for 'The courier who broke the bank'… Depends if you can be bothered playing it for ages legit?? And Caravan is rock solid after the patch, so perhaps even another quick run (-patch) for those two quick??

I got the two Caravan trophies before the patch but I've not played much at any Casino to know if it would take long? But I think it's like $5000, $7000, $12500 (or there equivalent in caps) to bust the three main Casinos

Everything else is pretty much straight forward, although I've not found many terminals for hacking, so be vigilant!!

Well it's been a bit of a sh!t-storm for me this week regarding my Ps3

Was planning have Deus Ex Plat'd and out the way by Tuesday pretty much… But because the world has conspired against me this week tonight has been the first night i've gotten the chance to play it 'properly'

Doing well when i get up to Megan at the 'Omega Ranch', collect my 29th Xp book… And realise I've missed something, and it's not my 29th book, when my trophy doesn't 'ping'

I missed the book from Sandoval’s desk; Dermal Modification Processes WTF!!

One speed run on easy just for the books coming up… Yay

Going back to try and Plat. Deus Ex… Since it's one of the only games I've played lately that actually works!! (Well, besides the Tranq. glitch that a few people report)

Would've been playing Dead Island… But let's not get into that here

So… On Wednesday when i had the game, 3 days before UK launch, i could get online without to much hassle… Even got into a 4 player but the quest was glitched… And was playing the game without the patch…

But today, launch day, after installing the patch also, i find myself failing to join any game whatsoever?? WTF?? Player 'X'' failed to join – Game is no longer available – Unable to connect etc. And on top of that it's telling me i can't join some games because they are diff. version or some sh!t… I stopped in between attempts to play MK9 online with my mate for about an hour without any connection problems at all…

The fact that i can't get online has killed it for me right now… The drop-in/drop-out co-op was the other main factor that interested me about this game… And Online, for me anyway, just isn't happening

Very very very disappointed thus far And like I said I've really not played much SP at all, but that's not what i bought it for!

Other people i know say it was pretty easy? They have been playing driving games forever though, so… Even if your good i still think it would be a bit of a pain in the @ss

Let's just wait and see how much of it is actually any good… And how much is useless sh!t that adds hardly anything to the actual playing aspect of the game rather than what your Char. is wearing etc.

The game is def. a bit fuk'd… I only played it for a short while but there were plenty 'glitches' along the way… And when i tried to get some co-op that was a bigger fail, even when i got a game

Stabbing zombies is always a win though I just hope there are more patches??

Can anyone confirm the patch was 'server-side' – aka – did anyone else have to DL a patch??

It's also p!sh that i've got my copy and there's UK(Eu?) PSN maintenance till 11pm… Can't be assed playing it alone, bought it cause the MP sounded decent.

Just started listening to my copy of Arkives Reference… half way through the first Cd, only 14 more to go A little upset i wasn't quick enough to get Komplete but I don't really use Vinyl… but it would've been awesome to have anyway

I can't seem to complete the 'Exodus' quest… I kill all the enemies but still can't interact with the radio?!

I'm havinf a fair few probs with this TBH… My ps3 just froze on the map to… WTF??

Well… Oh dear!!

I knew there was gonna be a few glitches with this game[Bethesda], but didn't think it would be quite as bad… From what i read at least. I'm not gonna harp on about how games never seem to be finished these days before release etc., but hope this game will get all the patches it needs, and another couple are on the way sooner rather than never… It's a shame that of all the good things that have been said about this game, none seem to be of a technical orientation…

Oh well, as long as i can still stab sh!t in the face with people online I'll be happy Stab, stab, stab… Love it

Needless to say I'll be picking the sharp weapon specialist… Or as some might know her – The chinese chick. I like the concept and as long as the game isn't completely fuk'd it should be good?
