Well, the first prequel (Chains of Olympus) didn't actually fill in much backstory at all. Atlus says something that was pretty bizarre in GoW2 and they took a game to explain it. I can't really expand on it for spoilers. Ghost of Sparta was supposed to be GoW2, there was an unlockable cutscene in GoW1 that explained the fate of Kratos' mother and brother, and Ghost of Sparta puts you in control of Kratos as he witnesses their fate. There was never a true prequel; Never shining a light on what he did as a soldier, his early life, and as a servant of Ares. That's what this game's going to be about. I have 2 things I'm hoping for from this: 1. Having the part where Kratos gets the ashes bonded to him be playable and 2. As the prequel is happening (SPOILER ALERT) is escaping from hell once more, leading into GOW4. I'm freaking hyped!!!

After getting the MW3 plat, I went out and bought SH HD Collection. The controls are ass and the green spray requirement is absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to put it in the gigantic backlog of shame for now and come back to it after platinuming Darksiders. On the flip side, the Vita's awesome and Golden Abyss is a satisfying addition to the Uncharted series. The touch controls were surprisingly well done and I'm glad I bought it. I recommend you all do the same if you got the cash, it's easily the best handheld out right now.

All locations must be done on a single character. I suggest uploading your saves to cloud in case you miss something. The point of no return is the end of Act 3 (It'll warn you) The last part of the game has 15 locations. Make sure you have all of them before crossing the point. 

Today I began another ME3 playthrough to be evil and get another ending. I'm trying to keep my trophy withdrawal in check but some of the evil options looked so funny and badass. I nearly jumped out of my seat when I broke Vega's nose in the Armory. I'm probably going to be buying a Vita and Silent Hill pretty soon. I played a bit of the first Silent Hill, and it was OK I guess, but I'm hoping the HD Collection is more quality. Even if it does suck, I do love a challenge…

This site has and always will be the highlight of my gaming career. Not so much the website, but the interaction outside the forum and the people who are members. This site is where I have become the type of gamer I am. I still play with the guys from here and you all rule, but that's it, really. This site is basically a few people making small talk, and we can just do that on PSN. I have created a text chat, “The APT Brotherhood”, and I and a couple individuals regularly join it. What I’ve been doing lately is chasing the ever illusive gr8jrfan 100% profile (It will never happen, but I’m having fun while trying) There is an insane amount of time I’d have to dedicate for that shizz but I’ve learned things about myself while doing this and have near unbeatable skill now. In recent news, I got the BAC 100%, which I believe only 120 something people have, which is awesome…. I’ve also got a couple trophy “pupils” now. I’ve been helping them square off their trophies so one day, they just might be as awesome as me. And hell, I get to return to SR3 with one of them and I’ve been dying for a reason to get back to that. Me and my little Brotherhood of pupils have got two huge online grinds in front of us, though : Battlefield 3 and PAYDAY The Heist. Message me if you want in for the long haul or just a match or two. The commentary between us usually amuses our guests. MOST RECENTLY though, I had to start a new offline ACR game because I was affected with another one of the series’ infamous trophy glitches. All in all, life’s good, gaming’s good…Couldn’t be happier.

HAHA, I like how you automatically think thats directed to you, just shows how insecure you are. BTW just wondering, did you cry when Nick deleted you, cus according to the messege you sent him afterwards you seemed pretty upset 

I don't think it was directed to me, you said everyone so I spoke up for the majority as I doubt anyone would've. Noone currently knew how much of an asshole you were but congrats, you just showed them. And no, I haven't cried in six years. When I fell down the stairs and my toenail fell off. What you saw in the message was anger and confusion. He just randomly deletes me for shits and giggles and I told him I was fed up with it. As for everyone else, I'm pretty sure finch won. I saw through his tactics and I kept on going and I knew he had butt tons of unsynched trophies. I thought my lead was uncompromisable and on the last day with forty minutes of the contest I shut off the PS3 and hung out with my friend for the New Year. I'm not angry at finch, just Jenkem. We will never actually know if I or finch had the lead at the end because he wasn't there and I've said before if he was on before I left I could've just sent him my totals in a discreet message and finch wouldn't have noticed. But I'm at peace with it. The way I see it, we are both the trophy champion of 2011, as it's safe to say we stomped everyone else. EDIT: Oh and by the way, you want to talk about insecurity, tell me why Nick refused at every opportunity to show me his face, even though I showed mine in the two years that I knew him.
