So the first order of business is to obviously get the game and get it installed if you haven't already. Once you have it, do the updates and then shift over into the Multiplayer tab because the first time you do MP, you have it install that for around an hour, give or take. Once that's done, post back here and say you did and then we'll start working out time and dates and stuff.
Weirdly enough, when I went to go retrieve the digital version of Bio2 from the new shitty store layout (trying to find it in my download list would be overly tedious) and then I found that the Ultimate Edition had the “Puchased” bag right next to it. Then I remembered it was one of those days were I had somewhat of a completion shopping list and I bought that but totally forgot about it. Sweet! Free DLC packs from wasteful spending!!
EDIT: Ok, I just got this installed in addition to all the DLC so I'm ready to rumble. Oddly enough, I didn't have to do that really long install for the first time you go on to the servers but that's probably because it wasn't my very first time. If that's the case and it somehow remembers installs, Jack and Denzel get to salvage another hour of their time from pointless bullshit. I checked the leaderboards in the “apartment” and I got all of the core stuff done in 15 hours with over 1000 ADAM per game. The time spent is probably a couple hours heavy because I did some regular play before I decided to quickly boost it and I helped out A LOT of people in the group I was in after I was done. I still have my sweet loadout with all the turret tonics and perks to make us go at 100% efficiency, so I'm super hyped!!!
I'd also keep an eye out for this weird, poorly phrased message that popped up when I first got into the MP. It said something among the lines of, “You don't have any DLC installed yet. If you choose to continue, the settings will be modified accordingly.” That freaked me out so I hit “No” and I went back to get Rapture Metro and the message went away. I'm sure it just means you won't be able to play DLC matches without DLC but if you want to be safe, you might want to have Metro installed beforehand…
