8*7 = 56 hours to sleep on average
= 112 hours.
If he gamed for 110 hours a week, that would leave him 2 hours to eat, bathe, drink, and er… live.
You can actually manually add your trophies to the site in question so I reckon he's probably full of shit.
He also claims to be ranked “number 3 in the world and Bahrain's number 1”.
